Visitors to Changi Airport now enjoy even more savings when they shop at Changi's public areas. The 'Flying Or Not, You Shop We Absorb' programme has many retail outlets absorbing the 7% GST. Previously available only at Terminal 3, the programme has been extended to Terminals 1 and 2 and the Budget Terminal.
There are more than 40 retail stores participating in the programme.
