SINGAPORE AIRLINES OPERATES FROM TERMINAL 2 AND TERMINAL 3

Singapore Airlines now operates flights out of Terminals 2 and 3.

This means that when you fly Singapore Airlines, you will depart from either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3, depending on where you are traveling to. Each terminal has its assigned flight destinations.

For easy reference, your flight departure terminal details are also indicated on your Singapore Airlines ticket and boarding pass. (see Singapore Airlines Departure Terminals below).

WHICH TERMINAL WILL YOU BE ARRIVING AT?

The terminal at which your flight will touch down will be confirmed two hours prior to the flight’s estimated arrival time.

Upon arrival, you will clear immigration, collect your baggage and clear customs in the same terminal at which you disembark.

TRANSIT WITH EASE

If you have a connecting flight, please check the Flight Information TVs and Information Counters for your boarding gate or enquire at the Transfer Desks in the departure transit area.

TAKE THE SKYTRAIN

If your connecting flight is at a different terminal, use the Skytrain to get to the next terminal. The Skytrain offers a fast and convenient way to shuttle between different terminals. Your baggage will be transferred onto your next flight accordingly.

The Skytrain operates from 5.00am to 2.30am daily. During non-operating hours, passengers can use the free shuttle bus to travel between terminals.

WHERE TO PARK YOUR CAR?

Arriving flights to Singapore on SIA may arrive at Terminal 2 or 3. SIA passengers who wish to leave their cars at the airport may like to park their car at Carpark 2B or Carpark 3B. These carparks are easily assessible to the Skytrain serving between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3; and are also situated near the underground link-bridge for passengers walking between the 2 terminals.

It is common for passengers on the Singapore-Kuala Lumpur-Singapore services to park their cars at Carpark 2A, which is closer to the Terminal
2 departure check-in counters. Returning passengers on this service may now find parking at Carpark 2B more convenient due to its assessibility to both Terminals 2 and 3.
