Baggage

 

Baggage Reclaim

The baggage reclaim area is at the ground floor, after Immigration and before Customs. Please check nearby information displays for the carousel assigned to your flight. You can also collect bulky baggage such as surfboards in the same area. Free trolleys are available next to each carousel.

Lost or Damaged Baggage

Baggage handling and delivery is the responsibility of the airlines from the point of check-in to the point of collection. In the unlikely event that your baggage is damaged or lost, please proceed to the Lost & Found counter at the baggage reclaim area for assistance. You can also contact the handling agent representing the airline you had traveled with. The contact numbers are as follows:

Porter Service

The porter service helps you, at no charge, move your baggage within the airport’s public areas. Please book in advance or upon arrival using one of free service telephones:

Baggage Delivery from Airport

Save travelling time & taxi-fare! Porter Xpress delivers your bags, upon your arrival, from airport to hotel so you can go straight for your meeting. For those with night departure flight, Porter Xpress delivers them from hotel to airport after your hotel checkout, while you go for leisure or business. Save on unnecessary trip back to hotel to collect your left baggage after checkout. Porter Xpress located at Terminal 3, Arrival Hall, #01-23. Storage

The left baggage service temporarily stores your bags, coats or other items. Please clear Customs and follow the signs for “Left Baggage”. The service is at the ground floor for Terminal 2 and Basement 2 for Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
