The Immigration Halls are at the ground floor. To get to a Hall, follow the sign “Arrivals”. There are two queuing areas - one is for Singapore nationals, the other for all other nationalities. Once at the counter an immigration officer will ask to see your passport and supporting documentation. Please note you will need to produce a fever vaccination certificate if you are arriving within six days of passing through areas endemic for Yellow Fever. If you are unable to produce the certificate, you will be required to at your cost, obtain vaccination at the Airport Clinic before allowed entry into Singapore. For more information on entry and visa requirements and list of countries endemic for Yellow Fever, please contact the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority at (65) 6391 6100 or visit their website. Please note your baggage may be examined by the officers whether you take the Green or Red Channel.
