- Changi Rewards points shall be awarded to eligible Changi Rewards Members for Chope bookings made and fulfilled between 2 May and 31 May 2018.
- Eligible diners will receive an email from The Chope Group within 7 working days after the promotion period for the award of Changi Rewards Points and Chope-Dollars. If The Chope Group (“Chope”) and/or Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”) suspects any fraudulent activities, Chope and/or CAG reserve the right to void your eligibility for the rewards. Members must provide a valid Changi Rewards card number in order to receive the bonus points.
- Changi Rewards points will be credited to Members’ accounts by 30 June 2018. Points awarded will be valid till 30 June 2019.
- The number of bonus points awarded for this promotion will be the same for eligible members across all tiers, in accordance to the promotion mechanics of 100 points per booking and an additional 200 points for every 3 bookings made.
- Only Changi Rewards members who have made at least 3 successful bookings with promo code CHOPEATCHANGI, are eligible to participate in the lucky draw for the 1,000,000 Changi Rewards points giveaway. For non-members, registration as a Changi Rewards member must be successfully completed prior to booking in order to qualify.
- Changi Rewards points awarded pursuant to the Promotion can only be earned by one Member per booking and cannot be split between two or more Members.
- Changi Rewards points earned in conjunction with this Promotion are non-transferable.
- The Promotion is further subject to the terms and conditions of the Changi Rewards Programme. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions are supplemental to the terms and conditions of the Changi Rewards Programme.

However, if you do not modify or cancel your reservation, it will be regarded as a ‘no-show’ by the outlet and you will not receive the CR points/Chope-Dollars.

If you are already a Changi Rewards (CR) member and Chope account holder, you will automatically qualify for the CR points and Chope-dollars respectively if your reservation is successful and fulfilled, meaning that you will need to visit and dine at the outlet after making the booking at the stipulated reservation time.
If you are not a member, registration for Changi Rewards membership must be successfully completed prior to making your reservation in order to qualify for the CR points during the promotional period.
No, you will get 200 additional points for every 3 bookings, which will add up to a total of 500 Changi Rewards points for every 3 bookings.
You should receive an email from Chope within 7 working days after the promotion has ended on 31 May 2018 for the award of both CR points and Chope-Dollars. This is to ensure that the bookings were fulfilled i.e. you visited the restaurant after making a reservation on the platforms.
