Minimum spend refers to the final payable amount after including all discounts, service charge, GST etc.

 

Redemption Details
  • Redemption must be made at Terminal 3 Basement 2 Customer Service counter (opposite FairPrice Finest) between 11am to 10.30pm or Terminal 4 Departure Hall Information Counter. No request for online redemption or mailing of premiums will be entertained.
  • Spend a minimum of S$60 (or $80 for supermarkets) in a maximum of two same-day receipts to redeem one organizer at $5 OR $8 which includes a $5 Changi Gift Card.
  • Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase(s) except for purchase(s) made after 10pm, in which shoppers may redeem within 7 days of receipt date.
  • Valid same-day receipt(s) from any participating Changi Airport Shop & Dine outlet in public area must be presented for redemption.
  • Limited to one (1) redemption per qualifying amount (max. of 2 receipts) regardless of spending amount in excess of the minimum spend required and one (1) additional redemption per qualifying amount (max of 2 receipts) if payment is made by Mastercard.
  • For all Mastercard redemptions, valid receipt(s) and charge slip(s) must be presented as proof of payment by a valid Mastercard debit/credit card.  
  • All premiums are redeemable on first-come, first-served, subjected to availability of designs and while-stocks-last basis.
  • All redemptions are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Can receipts be combined to meet the minimum spend?  Yes. However, only a maximum of two (2) receipts are allowed to be combined to meet the minimum spend for a single redemption. 
Can redemption be made on a different day from the date of purchase?  No, redemption has to be made on the same date of purchase for the two (2) receipts. 
Can I combine receipts with different dates of purchase to qualify for the redemption?  No, the receipts must have the same date of purchase. 
If a shopper made a purchase in the transit area, can he/she redeem the premiums in the public area?  No, the promotion is exclusively for participating outlets in Changi Airport public areas only. 
If a shopper made a purchase in the public area, can he/she redeem the premiums in the transit area?  No, redemption is only available at the public area and can only be made at Terminal 3 Basement 2 CSO Counter (opposites Fairprice Finest) and Terminal 4 Departure Hall Information Counter.
Are shoppers allowed to choose between designs? Shoppers will be allowed to choose their premium designs. However, all designs available will be on first-come-first-serve, while stocks last basis. 
Do I qualify for the additional redemption if I have made partial payment by Mastercard? No, the minimum spend of $60 or $80 has to be fully made by Mastercard in order to qualify for the additional redemption. 
General Terms and Conditions
  • The Promotion is valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions in Changi Airport unless otherwise stated.
  • The Promotion ends on 19 February 2019 or when the red packet organizers are fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.
  • All redemptions are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion.
  • CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all members and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • The management reserves the right to disqualify any member of the promotion and change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, all decisions made by Changi Airport (S) Pte Ltd will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  • By participating in the promotion, shoppers will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacement and modifications as may be from time to time.
  • This Promotion, and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. These Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights to any third party. The provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) are hereby excluded.

All retail and F&B outlets at public areas in Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3 & 4 except the following:

  • Bill payment transactions e.g. through AXS, Cheers or SingPost
  • Crowne Plaza Hotel, including outlets within the Crowne Plaza Hotel
  • Education service provider
  • Left Luggage services counters
  • Pay-Per-Use Lounges
  • Medical clinics
  • SingPost
  • Staff Canteens and Taxi Canteens
  • Services counters (Car Rental/ Hotel Reservation / Airport Shuttle / Passenger Meeting Service)
  • Telecommunication outlets and service counters e.g. Starhub & M1
  • Temporary retail outposts involving non-CAG tenants

Top-up card transactions (e.g. topping up of Kopitiam and Wang Loyalty card) and purchase of vouchers and Changi Gift Cards are not eligible for the promotion.
