When you fly with Singapore Airlines, you will depart from either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3, depending on where you are travelling to. Each terminal has its assigned flight destinations. Details of your departure terminal are also indicated on your air ticket and boarding pass.

Which Terminal Will You Be Arriving At?
The disembarkation terminal for Singapore Airlines flights to Changi Airport will be confirmed two hours prior to the flight's estimated arrival time. Your family and friends meeting you at the airport can get the latest update on your flight arrival details on our website. Alternatively, SingTel subscribers can dial *111 to access flight information via text message.
Upon arrival, you will clear immigration, collect your baggage and clear customs in the same terminal at which you disembark.
Transit With Ease
If you have a connecting flight, please check the Flight Information TVs for your boarding gate or enquire at the Transfer Desks in the departure transit area. Your baggage will be transferred onto your next flight accordingly.
If your connecting flight is at a different terminal, you can use the Skytrain to get to the next terminal. The Skytrain service is operational from 5.00am to 2.30am. During the non-operational hours, you can make use of the inter-terminal travellators within the transit areas.
