Inter-Terminal Transfer
All three terminals at Changi Airport are interlinked by the Skytrain.
The Skytrain operates both at the transit and public areas. This service is free and takes approximately 1 to 4 mins to travel between the terminals. The average waiting time for the skytrain is between 1 to 3 mins.
Terminals 1, 2 and 3
Terminals 1, 2 and 3 at Changi Airport are interlinked by the Skytrain. The Skytrain service is operational from 5.00am to 2.30am. During the non-operational hours, travellers who are within the transit areas are advised to make use of the inter-terminal travellators. A shuttle bus service is available for those who need to make inter-terminal connections in the public areas.

Budget Terminal
The Budget Terminal is located away from the main terminal buildings. A free 24-hour shuttle bus service connects the Budget Terminal to Terminal 2 Basement, near the bay of public bus service 36. The shuttle buses run every 10 minutes except from 2.00am to 5.00am when the frequency is 20 mins. From Terminal 2, passengers can go to Terminals 1 or 3 using the Skytrain.
