Parking
There are six public car parks to meet the needs of motorists. The car parks are managed by electronic parking system. Payment is at the exit via Cashcard or Autopass Card. Please insert the card in the In-vehicle Unit or the reader in the exit station. Receipts are available on request.
Terminal 1 – Car Park 1
This is an open-air car park with approximately 850 car park spaces and 100 motorcycle spaces.
Terminal 2 – Car Parks 2A and 2B
These are multiple storey car parks, with approximately 2,300 car park spaces and 600 motorcycle spaces. They are linked to the terminal and have sheltered access.
Terminal 3 – Car Parks 3A and 3B
These are basement car parks below the terminal, with approximately 1,600 car park spaces and 130 motorcycle spaces.
Budget Terminal
This is an open-air car park with approximately 320 car park spaces and 130 motorcycle spaces.
Long Term Parking
There is no designated long term parking area. Instead, motorists are free to park at any available parking spaces in the six car parks. Please ensure sufficient value in the CashCard or Autopass Card before exiting.

| Budget Terminal | Motor Cars, Including Vans | $0.04 per min From 15 August 2011, the daily full day parking cap at the Budget Terminal will no longer be applicable. Full day parking at Budget Terminal will be $58. Visitors seeking long term parking may opt for covered parking at Terminal 2 for cheaper full day rate capped at $20 per day. Free shuttle service between Terminal 2 and Budget Terminal will continue to run at intervals of 15 minutes. A comparison of the parking rates at the Budget Terminal and Terminal 2 are as follows:

Lower parking rates
Visitors can now enjoy lower parking rates when they visit Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2 and 3 to shop or dine on both weekends and weekday nights. With effect from 8 March 2010, the weekend rate of $2.50 for the first three hours of parking has been extended to weekday nights.
On weekends and public holidays, drivers are charged $0.04 per minute up to a cap of $2.50 for the first three hours of parking. On weekday nights, the same low parking rates apply to cars entering the car parks between 6.00pm to 9.00pm. For example, cars that enter the car park at 8.00pm and exit at 11.00pm, a flat rate of $2.50 is chargeable. Cars that enter the car parks at any time before 6.00pm and after 9.00pm on weekday nights , will not be eligible for the capped rate of $2.50 for the first three hours and would be charged an uncapped rate of $0.04 per minute.
Topping-up CashCard / Autopass Card
Motorists who need to top-up the value in their CashCard or Autopass Card can use a top-up terminal located in the terminal or car park. The top-up terminal only accepts payment via NETS. Alternatively, motorists can approach the Car Park Service Counter located in each car park for assistance.
Complimentary Pick-Up / Drop-Off
All car parks provide complimentary 10-min grace period for pick-up / drop-off. Please note full parking charge will apply for vehicles and motorcycles that stay in the car park beyond 10 mins. The parking charge is calculated from the time of entry.
