Just check your flight number at the Flight Information Displays for the departure gate and time. Proceed to the terminal where your next flight will depart. Please arrive at your departure gate at least 30 mins before the departure time.
If you do not have a boarding pass for your connecting Flight
Please proceed to the respective locations indicated in the table below for your check-in:

*Transfer passengers connecting to the airlines must clear Arrival Immigration, collect your baggage (if any) and clear Customs before checking-in at the respective terminal. Passengers are reminded to ensure that they have the necessary travel documents and visas to clear Arrival Immigration into Singapore.
If your connecting flight is on a budget airline
On arrival, please clear Arrival Immigration, collect your baggage (if any), clear Customs and proceed for check-in at the Departure Hall of the terminal the airline is operating from. All passengers traveling on a budget airline flight must have valid travel documents (passport, visa etc) for entry into Singapore. You may visit the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority for more information on entry requirements into Singapore. For passengers who need to transfer to the Budget Terminal, please proceed to Terminal 2 basement level to take the free shuttle bus service to the Budget Terminal.
