Baggage Claim

The baggage claim area is at the ground floor, after Immigration and before Customs. Please check nearby information displays for the carousel assigned to your flight. You can also collect bulky baggage such as surfboards in the same area. Free trolleys are available next to each carousel.


Lost or Damaged Baggage

Baggage handling and delivery is the responsibility of the airlines from the point of check-in to the point of collection. In the unlikely event that your baggage is damaged or lost, please proceed to the Lost & Found counter at the baggage claim area for assistance. You can also contact the handling agent representing the airline you had travelled with. The contact numbers are as follows:

The porter service helps you, at no charge, move your baggage within the airport's public areas. Please book in advance or upon arrival using one of free service telephones:

Left baggage

The left baggage service temporarily stores your bags, coats or other items. Please clear Customs and follow the signs for "Left Baggage". The service is at Basement 2 for Terminal 1 and Arrival Hall for Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
