Off Airport Check-in
Passengers can check-in for their flights and choose their preferred seats in the comfort of their homes, offices or hotels before arriving at Changi Airport. They can do so by phone, fax, SMS, email, WAP (Wireless Access Protocol) or online.
At the airport, checked-in passengers will have to collect their boarding passes no later than 1 hour before flight departure (or as specified by airlines) and deposit their baggage (if any) at designated airport counters.
