Extra Mile Award
Recognition for the exceptional ones!
The Extra Mile Award is a quarterly celebration to recognise exceptional service acts by our airport community for the passengers. Nominations can be done by you (as a supervisor/manager), or by CAG partners.



You and your staff can win one of the following:
Outstanding Staff Award (Commercial) [certificate, trophy, poster, $200 CDVs]
Honesty Award [certificate, trophy, poster, $200 CDVs]
ONE Changi Leaders’ Choice Award [certificate, $200 CDVs]
Outstanding Team Award [certificate, trophy, poster, $500 CDVs]
Outstanding Outlet Award [certificate, trophy, $1000 CDVs]

Nominations are open quarterly and details for nominations will be informed via email by CAG’s QSM team. Shortlisted winners will be notified thereafter.

QSM Incentive Scheme
Monthly & Quarterly awards to be given out!
All landside outlets and staff are eligible for monthly incentives and quarterly bonuses when your outlet scores a good rating! This is to encourage your team to provide a better Changi Experience for all our passengers!




All landside outlets will be scored each month based on a combination of Instant Feedback System scores and customer satisfaction surveys to achieve one of the following four grades and incentives:



The Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Incentive encourages frontline staff to provide a first class experience for all our passengers.

Each category (retail, F&B & services) will have a target score. If the quarterly scores are above the target scores, each airport staff in the respective category will receive $30 Changi Dollar Vouchers!

Landside ID
Your personalised pass to airport staff perks!
You and your staff can now enjoy staff privileges and discounts at the airport. Simply apply for the Landside ID and you are on your way to great deals and cheaper meals!



Send the following documents to cas_landsideID@certissecurity.com:

a. Employment letter certifying terms of employment with start date at least 1 month before application
b. NRIC/Work Permit
c. Passport Photo
d. Training Certificate for Changi Orientation Programme
e. Training Certificate for Commercial QSM Training
f. Or, if training is yet to be completed: Proof of English Language proficiency in any of the following:

• ‘N’ Level English
• SPM English
• English academic module
• SLT or WPL test in Speaking and Listening.


*Registration for a 1, 2, or 3-year pass after 31 August 2016 will incur a fee of $6.15, $7.75 & $9.36 (GST included) respectively
