Fully vaccinated travellers from Singapore are allowed to enter South Korea and return to Singapore without the need to serve quarantine at both destinations.

All travellers must be fully vaccinated and have remained in Singapore for at least 14 consecutive days prior to departure.

Book your tickets for a direct designated flight to Incheon International Airport

Apply for K-ETA or Visa (if required) 

Pre-departure Preparation

Take a Pre-Departure Covid-19 PCR test at a recognised institution within 72 hours before the scheduled flight to Korea and test negative for Covid-19.

Children who are 5 years old and below (at time of arrival) may be exempted from taking a Covid-19 PCR test if all of the accompanying travellers submit a valid negative PCR test results.  

Purchase mandatory Covid-19 travel insurance with coverage of over 30 million won.

Book a self-isolation accommodation in Korea while waiting for negative on-arrival Covid-19 PCR test result to be conveyed (Please check with the hotel if they allow isolationin the facility) 

Install Self-Diagnosis mobile application and create a profile with a valid phone number 

Register and pre-pay your on-arrival Covid-19 PCR test on Safe2Go website 

Check-in at Singapore Changi Airport

Present the following documents at check-in: 

  1. Valid travel documents 
  2. Acceptable proof of Covid-19 vaccination 
  3. Proof of negative pre-departure Covid-19 PCR test result
  4. Valid K-ETA or Visa (if required) 
  5. Covid-19 travel insurance policy (electronic or physical copy) 

Travellers who meet all the above requirements will be given a lanyard.

Travellers who do not meet any of the above requirements may be refused boarding by the airline.

Arriving in Incheon International Airport

Present the following documents at immigration:

  1. Valid travel documents
  2. Digitally authenticated proof of Covid-19 vaccination (i.e. with QR Code)
  3. Proof of negative pre-departure Covid-19 PCR test result 
  4. Valid K-ETA or Visa (if applicable)
  5. Travel Record Declaration Form and Health Condition Report Form (both are provided on board the flight) 

Ensure that you have the Self-diagnosis mobile application installed in your mobile phone

Return the lanyard received during check-in at Changi Airport. Undergo an on-arrival Covid-19 PCR test at Incheon Internation Airport Test Center. 

Travellers must remain isolated at the accommodation until the test result is confirmed to be negative. After being notified of their negative test results, travellers will be allowed to go about their activities in Korea.

Travellers who are staying in South Korea for more than 8 days are required to undergo an additional post-arrival Covid-19 PCR tests at a designated clinic 6 to 7 days after arrival in South Korea. Traveller will be notified at a later date on when the PCR test will be performed. 

During your stay in South Korea

Travellers are required to always have their masks on, except during meal times 

Travellers are required to register an entry through QR scan or guestbook

Departing from South Korea

Travellers are advised to arrive early at the airport as there may be a longer check-in or waiting time due to Covid-19 regulations. Prepare the following to check-in with the airline:

Valid travel documents

Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination

Proof of negative Covid-19 test result taken within 48 hours before departure
