Fully vaccinated travellers from Singapore are allowed to enter Spain and return to Singapore without the need to serve quarantine at both destinations.

Travellers from Singapore are exempted from a negative PCR requirement and a vaccination certificate, as long as they have been in Singapore in the last 14 days and they do not leave the international transit area in the countries where they do a stopover on their way to Spain.

  1. Apply for a Spain Tourist Visa (if required)
  2. Complete the Spain Health Control Form to obtain a FCS QR code, 48 hours before departure.
Pre-departure Preparation
  1. Book a designated VTL flight for the return journey from Spain to Singapore
  2. No Pre-departure PCR test is required

Check-in at Singapore Changi Airport

Present the following documents at check-in: 

  1. Valid travel documents 
  2. Valid visa (if required) 
Arriving in Spain

Travellers must wear a mask at the airport.

Upon arrival in Spain, clear arrival immigration with valid travel documents and proof of vaccination status.

During your stay in Spain

Visitors are required to wear a mask in indoor venues and public transport. A mask is not required outdoors as long as there is safe distancing of at least 1.5m. 

Please follow the recommendations for Covid-19 issued by the health authorities for each region /Autonomous Communities.

Departing from Spain

Pre-departure Preparations:

  1. Take a Covid-19 PCR test at approved centres within 48 hours before the designated flight to Singapore and to produce a negative test result 
  2. Book and pre-pay the On-Arrival Covid-19 PCR test to be done at Changi Airport
  3. Submit SG Arrival Card within three days before arrival in Singapore


Present the following documents at check-in: 

  1. Physical or electronic copy of the Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) for the specified period of entry
  2. Mobile device with the TraceTogether app with an activer user profile
  3. Valid visa (for visa-required visitors)
  4. Valid travel documents
  5. Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination
  6. Proof of negative Covid-19 test result taken within 48 hours before departure


Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents need only present 4-6 above. Travellers who do not fulfil the above may be denied boarding.
