Picking up arrival passengers

Access control to pick-up family and friends at the Arrival Halls has been removed.

Arrival passengers should follow signage in the terminals to the ground transport area after immigration clearance.

Ground transport options​

• Fully vaccinated passengers can take either public or private transport out of Changi (including bus/MRT)
• Unvaccinated passengers, or passengers with controlled itinerary are only permitted to take private transport out of Changi
  

Note: 

• All fully vaccinated arrival passengers (except those with travel history from restricted category) are allowed to shop/dine in transit, as well as at any shops in the public area and Jewel after arrival.
