1. The Promotion
1.1. The Promotion will commence from 3st to 31st October 2022 (both dates inclusive) or when all 6,500 successful e-Vouchers utilized have been made as explained in Clause 2.2, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”).
1.2. The Promotion is open to all iChangi users (An “Eligible User”) who successfully activated Changi Pay during the Promotion Period.
2. Promotion Mechanics
2.1. The Eligible Users will need to save the electronic Voucher (“e-Voucher”) into their Changi Pay digital wallet during a Promotion Sub-Period and utilize the e-Voucher as set out in the table below. The saved e-Voucher will be expired after the Utilization Period (as listed).

2.2. The Promotion is valid for the first 6,500 successful e-Vouchers utilized during the Promotion Period. It is capped at 1 e-Voucher saved per Eligible user per week.
2.3. The e-Voucher(s) can be used at Changi Airport Terminals, Jewel Changi and iShopChangi.
2.4. The e-Voucher is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-assignable.
2.5. The e-Voucher is strictly not exchangeable for cash.
2.6. Any disputes regarding the goods or services comprising or relating to the Promotion should be resolved directly with the participating merchants.
3. General
3.1. The eligibility of any user to participate in the Promotion and/or save the e-Voucher shall be determined at the absolute discretion of Changi Airport Group.
3.2. By participating in this Promotion, users agree to release and hold Changi Airport Group harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly:
3.2.1. The awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any e-Voucher or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the Promotion; and
3.2.2. The participation in the Promotion or any e-Voucher related activities.
3.3. Changi Airport Group reserve the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any user and the dates of the Promotion.
3.4. Changi Airport Group’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by Changi Airport Group. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
3.5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the Promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
