2 Hour Parking Promotion

• This promotion will be valid from 28 May 2022 to 3 July 2022.
• For a minimum spend of $35 by Citibank Mastercard in a single same-day receipt, customers are entitled to redeem 2 hours of free parking worth $4.80. (1 hour = $2.40 worth of parking charges).
• A single physical complimentary coupon is applicable for use at selected car parks only (i.e. T1/Jewel Car Park (excluding Short-Term Parking at B2 & B2M), T2A, T2B, T3A, T3B, T4A, T4B) at Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4.
• Limited to the first 50 redemptions daily (Mon – Sun) on a first-come-first-served, while-stocks-last basis.
• Redemptions are to be made on the same day of qualifying transaction.
• Receipts can only be used once for redemption and limited to one same-day redemption per customer per day, regardless of amount spent in excess of the minimum spend requirement.
• Purchases from Jewel Changi Airport and Changi Eats are NOT eligible for the promotion.
• Redemption of parking reward must be made at the Customer Service Counter at Terminal 3, Basement 2 from 10am to 10.30pm daily.
• Redemptions are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Redemption is valid with other CAG-organised and tenants’ promotions, i.e. credit card promotions except for Changi Eats.
• The 2-hour parking reward will be deducted upon exit at the carpark where the car is parked at and the balance amount in the parking reward cannot be used to offset subsequent carpark charges.
• Only 1 free physical coupon from this promotion can be used per exit to off-set the parking charges. Multiple parking rewards or coupons from the same promotion cannot be used to off-set parking charges per exit from the car park.
• All purchases made at participating outlets (including takeaways for F&B outlets) in the public areas of Changi Airport that meets the qualifying requirements are eligible for the redemption of carpark coupon.
• The free physical carpark coupons are not exchangeable for cash and value is not refundable in part if not fully redeemed.
• No claims will be entertained for physical carpark coupon which is expired, lost, torn, defaced or damaged.
• Please take note of the following steps when using the complimentary parking coupon prior to exiting parking:
  
  1. Remove cash card from IU before approaching the exit gantry. The full amount will be deducted if the cash card is not removed.
  
  2. Place parking coupon with the barcode facing up into the redemption slot of the exit terminal for scanning. This will alert the machine of the redemption amount to offset from total parking fee.
  
  3. Insert cash card into the vehicle's IU for deduction of the balance amount (if any) and ensure that there are sufficient funds in the cash card before exiting. For Malaysia-registered vehicles, please insert parking coupon followed by the Autopass Card into the respective card reader at the exit terminal.

S$5 Changi Gift Card

• This promotion will be valid from 28 May 2022 to 31 July 2022.
  
• For a minimum spend of $50 by Citibank Mastercard in a single same-day receipt, customers are entitled to redeem $5 Changi Gift Card.
• Limited to the first 1,500 redemptions, on a first-come-first-served, while-stocks-last basis.
• Redemptions are to be made on the same day of qualifying transaction.
• Receipts can only be used once for redemption and limited to one same-day redemption per customer per day, regardless of amount spent in excess of the minimum spend requirement.
• Purchases from Jewel Changi Airport and Changi Eats are NOT eligible for the promotion.
• Redemption of parking reward must be made at the Customer Service Counter at Terminal 3, Basement 2 from 10am to 10.30pm daily.

S$15 Changi Eats Promo Code

• The Changi Eats $15 promo code is valid for orders placed from 6 June 2022 at 10:00am (SGT) to 31 August 2022 at 23:59pm (SGT) (“Promotion Period”) for delivery or self pick-up orders across participating outlets on www.changieats.com. 
• A minimum spend of S$50 on the total order is required to use the S$15 off promo code (“Promotion”). 
• Customers must log in to their Changi Account and input the applicable promo code in the “Add Promo Code” field and click apply to enjoy the Promotion. 
• The promo code must be entered before cart check-out to enjoy this Promotion per order during the Promotion Period.
• Payment needs to be made with Citi Mastercard to use the $15 promo code.
• The Promotion is limited to the first 800 redemptions, on a first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis. 
• The Promotion is not stackable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion codes, promotions, offers, e-vouchers, etc and will be non-exchangeable and non-refundable.   
• Changi Rewards members will be awarded the normal earn rate of Changi Rewards points, subjected to a minimum nett spend of S$10. 
• Changi Rewards members must log in with their Changi Account when placing their orders on Changi Eats for the crediting of Changi Rewards points.
• Changi Rewards points to be credited for the transaction will be awarded immediately after the transaction has been completed. 
• By signing into their Changi Account, the customer agrees for his/her transaction details to be passed to Changi Airport Group (S) Pte Ltd (“CAG”) for the crediting of Changi Rewards points.
• All orders will be placed through changieats.com. All terms and conditions listed on changieats.com shall apply.
• CAG reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time, or to amend, vary or delete any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

• The list of participating outlets includes any Changi Airport retail outlets at the public areas of Terminals 1 and 3 (except money changing facilities, medical clinics, top-up card machines, postal services, telecommunication outlets including StarHub, pay-per-use and airline lounges, Changi Recommends outlets and service counters, MindChamps PreSchool, Jewel Changi Airport and Crowne Plaza Hotel, as per current exclusion list for use of Changi Rewards card).
• Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion.
• CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all members and no correspondence will be entertained.
• The management reserves the right to disqualify any member of the promotion and change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, all decisions made by Changi Airport (S) Pte Ltd will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
