Changi Airport Food Delivery Service

This delivery platform, implemented and managed by EZQR Pte Ltd in partnership with Jeripay Pte Ltd, allows you to consolidate orders from different F&B (and selected retail) merchants in Changi Airport in a single delivery. Simply place multiple items from up to 5 merchants in a single order and enjoy free island-wide delivery with a minimum spend of $80. 

The travel industry, along with the retail and food & beverage industry have been severely affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Changi Airport has been affected and our tenants, many whom are local SMEs, are affected too. However, we remain resilient and are committed to helping our partners through this difficult time. During this time, we know that many of you have missed the airport and we can’t wait to welcome you back too. As such, we have worked with a group of local SMEs to roll out this delivery initiative so that we can bring Changi to you. So join us in supporting our tenants and enjoy a piece of Changi at home.

Yes, customers may “mix and match” and order from multiple outlets, up to a maximum of 5 outlets in a single transaction.  

We do not practice mark-up prices so that our customers enjoy the same prices as they would in-store. There are no service fees, but delivery charges do apply.

Yes! Changi Rewards members will be awarded the normal earn rate of Changi Rewards points. Please see the section below on Changi Rewards and visit rewards.changiairport.com for more information. 

Yes, a minimum order of S$50 is required to proceed with the order.

A minimum order of S$50 is required to proceed with the order. You may choose to cross order from different outlets, up to a maximum of 5 outlets. 

Orders may be made 1 day in advance and up to 2 hours before your scheduled delivery. 

We deliver daily from 12.30pm to 8pm. 

Upon successful completion of payment, an email confirmation will be sent to the email provided in the order.

Delivery

We apply a distance-based delivery charge that starts from S$5 per order.

Yes, free delivery is applicable for transactions above S$80 in a single order.

We deliver island-wide, except the following locations: Sentosa, Jurong Island, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin, Tuas and all off-shore islands. 

No, as long as the orders from the 5 different outlets are added into the same shopping cart, it will be deemed as a single transaction.  You will only need to pay for a single delivery fee.

If you prefer contact-free delivery, do indicate your preference in “Order Notes”, under the Additional Information section after cart check out, but before payment.  

Self Pick-Up

You may select this option at check-out. Please select ‘Self Pick Up’ if you like to self-collect your Changi Eats order.

From Airport Boulevard, look out for signs to Terminal 3. Filter left for Terminal 3 and keep right for downward ramp leading to Arrival Pick Up.

 

Do not turn into carpark 3A. Go straight and keep on left lane. Drive straight to Door 3.

Stop your vehicle temporarily at Door 3 and proceed to the Changi Eats self-pick-up collection point to pick up your order. Please have your order number ready for easy retrieval.

From Public Bus Bay or MRT station, proceed towards ‘The Slide’ at Basement 2. Take lift from Basement 2 (next to The Slide) and proceed to Level Basement 1. Exit lift at Basement 1 and turn left. Changi Eats Collection Point is located here!

The minimum order value is S$50 for self-pick up.

Orders may be made 1 day in advance and up to 2 hours before your scheduled pick up time.

Your order will be ready as per your selected scheduled pick-up time. If you would like to check on your order before heading down, do drop us a text via whatsapp at 8815 2877.

Modes of Payment

Only credit card payment by Mastercard and VISA are accepted on our platform.

Changi Rewards

Changi Rewards points will be credited within 2 months from the date of transaction.

Changi Rewards points will be awarded based on the total net spent amount.

You may send us a message with your 4-digit order number (found in your order confirmation email) to our Customer Service WhatsApp Hotline at 8815 2877 and we will do our best to answer enquiries on your orders. Please note that the operating hours of the WhatsApp Hotline is from 10am to 9pm daily and is dedicated to address food order-related queries during operating hours only.

We are unable to amend or cancel your order once it has been confirmed and payment has been processed successfully.
