From 7 January to 27 May 2022 daily, spend a minimum of S$35 by Mastercard or S$50 by other payment modes or at supermarket, in a single same-day receipt at participating retail and F&B outlets in Changi Airport T1 and T3 public areas to enjoy two (2) hours of free parking!

 

Limited to the first 150 redemptions per weekday (Mon-Thu) and 250 redemptions per weekend (Fri - Sun), on a first-come-first-served and while-stocks-last basis. 

Each Changi Rewards member can only redeem one (1) parking reward per day. Redemption must be made on the same day of qualifying transaction.

ABOUT CARPASS

What is CarPass?

CarPass is a new feature of the iChangi app that allows Changi Rewards members to redeem complimentary parking from parking promotions seamlessly when they shop at participating retail and F&B outlets in Changi Airport and Jewel Changi Airport. It replaces the redemption of physical parking coupons over the counter.

What are the benefits of using CarPass?

With CarPass, customers no longer need go to a redemption counter to redeem a physical parking coupon in person. Customers also do not need to remove their cash card at the car park exit gantry to enjoy the parking reward. Instead, once the parking reward is redeemed via CarPass, drivers can simply drive up to the car park exit gantry and the relevant parking reward would be automatically deducted based on the car’s IU number and Changi Rewards membership.

How does one redeem with CarPass?

Customers need to download the iChangi app and be a Changi Rewards member to redeem the parking reward via CarPass. 

If customer already has the iChangi App installed on device:

With a CarPass QR code on payment receipt:

  1. Scan the QR code on the receipt, which will launch the iChangi app 
  2. It will automatically redirect to CarPass module within the iChangi app
  3. Verify/Input your vehicle license plate number and the IU number returned
  4. Click “Proceed” to confirm the IU number
  5. Parking reward will then be auto-credited into your CR member’s account 

If customer does not have a CarPass QR code on reciept:

  1. Login to the iChangi app
  2. Launch the CarPass module
  3. Verify/Input vehicle license plate number and the IU number returned
  4. Click “Proceed” to confirm the IU number
  5. Select relevant parking promotion for redemption
  6. Select option to upload an image of the receipt
  7. Key in the receipt details and redeem the parking reward

  • Customers can use the parking reward redeemed only at T1/Jewel, T2, T3 and T4 multi-storey carparks. eCoupons redeemed are NOT eligible for use at South Car Park (i.e. open-air car park between Terminal 2 and JetQuay).
  • Promotion is valid for cars only. Parking reward redeemed cannot be use for motorcycles. 

Exception Handling for Malaysia-registered cars without IU

Customers who drive Malaysia-registered cars without IU will not be able to redeem their free parking reward with CarPass. Customers are to present their qualifying receipts to redeem physical complimentary parking coupon(s) from the following locations during counter opening hours: 

  • T1 Departure Hall Information Counter (open 24 hrs, daily)
  • T3 Arrival Hall Information Counter (open 24 hrs, daily)
  • T3 Basement 2 CSO Counter (opposite FairPrice Finest, open 10:00 AM–10.30 PM, daily)

Participating Outlets

All retail and F&B outlets within the public areas of Terminals 1 and 3 at Changi Airport are participating outlets*, except for the following:

  • Banks and Money Changing facilities
  • Bill payment transactions e.g. through AXS, Cheers or SingPost
  • Crowne Plaza Hotel, including outlets within the Crowne Plaza Hotel Education service provider
  • Left Luggage services counters
  • Pay-Per-Use Lounges
  • Medical clinics
  • SingPost
  • Staff Canteens and Taxi Canteens
  • Services counters (Car Rental/ Hotel Reservation / Airport Shuttle / Passenger Meeting Service)
  • Telecommunication outlets and service counters e.g. Starhub & M1
  • Temporary retail outposts involving non-CAG tenants 
  • Top-up card transactions (e.g. topping up of Kopitiam and Wang Loyalty card) and purchase of vouchers and Changi Gift Cards are not eligible for the promotion.

No. Customers are entitled to redeem one (1) 2-hour free parking reward per Changi Rewards member per day per campaign if they meet the qualifying receipt, regardless of amount spent in excess of the minimum spend requirement. The parking reward will be issued to customers’ CarPass accounts via iChangi app during the promotion period.

Yes, if the qualifying spend per receipt is met. The parking reward issued via CarPass will be stored in your IU and can be used at any multi-storey carpark in Terminals 1/Jewel, 2, 3 and 4.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • This promotion will be valid from 7 January 2022 - 27 May 2022. 
  • For a minimum spend of $35 by Mastercard or S$50 by other payment modes or supermarket puchases, in a single same-day receipt, customers are entitled to redeem 2 hours of free parking worth $4.80. (1 hour = $2.40 worth of parking charges).
  • A single parking reward in CarPass or physical complimentary coupon is applicable for use at selected car parks only (i.e. T1/Jewel Car Park (excluding Short-Term Parking at B2 & B2M), T2A, T2B, T3A, T3B, T4A, T4B) at Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4.

  • The 2-hour parking reward will be deducted upon exit at the carpark where the car is parked at and the balance amount in the parking reward cannot be used to offset subsequent carpark charges.
  • Only 1 free parking reward or physical coupon from this Shop and Dine promotion can be used per exit to off-set the parking charges. Multiple parking rewards or coupons from the same promotion cannot be used to off-set parking charges per exit from the car park.
  • All purchases made at participating outlets (including takeaways for F&B outlets) in the public areas of Changi Airport that meets the qualifying requirements are eligible for the redemption of carpark coupon. 
  • The free parking reward and physical carpark coupons are not exchangeable for cash and value is not refundable in part if not fully redeemed.
  • No claims will be entertained for physical carpark coupon which is expired, lost, torn, defaced or damaged.
  • CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all members and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • Changi Airport participating retail and F&B tenants and CAG’s appointed agency, P-Serv Pte Ltd are not eligible to participate in this promotion. The management reserves the right to disqualify any member of the promotion and change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, all decisions made by Changi Airport (S) Pte Ltd will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion.
  • Please take note of the following steps when using the complimentary parking coupon prior to exiting parking:

1. Remove cash card from IU before approaching the exit gantry. The full amount will be deducted if the cash card is not removed.

2. Place parking coupon with the barcode facing up into the redemption slot of the exit terminal for scanning. This will alert the machine of the redemption amount to offset from total parking fee.

3. Insert cash card into the vehicle's IU for deduction of the balance amount (if any) and ensure that there are sufficient funds in the cash card before exiting. For Malaysia-registered vehicles, please insert parking coupon followed by the Autopass Card into the respective card reader at the exit terminal.
