GENERAL
1.1 Passengers who wish to participate in the Changi Transit Voucher Campaign (“Offer” or “Campaign”) must agree to these Changi Transit Voucher Campaign Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions").
1.2 Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) reserves the rights to amend, modify and/or vary these Terms and Conditions in such manner as CAG deems fit from time to time. CAG may notify change(s) in these Terms and Conditions by publishing such changes via Changi Airport’s official website, email or by such other means of communication as CAG may determine in its absolute discretion, from time to time. Any changes in these Terms and Conditions shall be effective from such date as determined and notified by CAG from time to time.
1.3 CAG hereby extends a promotional Offer for the purpose of incentivising passengers to utilise CAG’s facilities and services. This Offer is made solely for promotional purposes and does not involve any financial or monetary obligations on the part of any airline involved.
ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Passengers must travel on ticketed outbound Singapore Airlines flights from Australia, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Türkiye, United Kingdom or Vietnam and transit via Changi Airport. Eligible passengers must complete their full journey between 1 September 2026 and 31 March 2027 (both dates inclusive) (“Eligible Passengers”).
2.2 Eligible Passengers transiting via Changi Airport on a one-way trip must start their journey from either of the point-of-origins stated in clause 2.1. This one-way transit will be eligible for one (1) S$10 Changi Transit e-Voucher. For example,
(i) “Delhi – Singapore – Auckland” itinerary is eligible for one (1) S$10 Changi Transit e-Voucher;
(ii) “Auckland – Singapore – Delhi” one-way itinerary is NOT eligible;
(iii) “Jakarta – Singapore – Jakarta” round trip itinerary is NOT eligible.
2.3 Eligible Passengers transiting via Changi Airport on a two-way trip must have their point-of-origin and end-destination stated in clause 2.1. This two-way transit will be eligible for two (2) S$10 Changi Transit e-Vouchers. For example,
(i) “Jakarta – Singapore – Auckland – Singapore – Jakarta” itinerary is eligible for two (2) S$10 Changi Transit e-Vouchers;
(ii) “Auckland – Singapore – Jakarta – Singapore – Auckland” itinerary is NOT eligible.
2.4 For the avoidance of doubt,
(i) Codeshare flights with 4-digits flight numbers starting with SQXXXX and issued on 13 digits e-ticket numbers begin with 618 are eligible.
(ii) Point of origin refers to the country of the departing flight on participating airlines before a passenger arrives at Singapore for the entire trip.
(iii) Passenger must be above two (2) years old to be eligible for collection of Changi Transit e-Vouchers. For any Eligible Passenger under the age of majority in their country of residence, the submitting passenger represents that they are the parent or legal guardian and consent on the minor's behalf.
(iv) A Changi Transit e-Voucher will be issued only where the point-of-origin, transit through Singapore Changi Airport, and (where applicable) end-destination form a single continuous transit itinerary as evidenced in the submitted flight booking. Separate flight itineraries combined to simulate a transit journey (for example, the return leg of one trip combined with the outbound leg of a subsequent trip) do not qualify and CAG reserves the right to void any Changi Transit e-Vouchers collected on this basis.
2.5 Eligible Passengers will each receive one (1) S$10 Changi Transit e-Voucher or two (2) S$10 Changi Transit e-Voucher depending on their itinerary.
2.6 Collection of Changi Transit e-Vouchers are available online only. No physical vouchers will be provided to Eligible Passengers.
2.7 In addition to the above,
(i) Duplicated collections will be rejected. A duplicate collection refers to any request submitted using the same flight itinerary for which the passenger has already successfully collected a Changi Transit e-Voucher(s).
(ii) Eligible Passenger who is collecting on behalf of their travelling party can only do so for up to nine (9) passengers within the same flight itinerary.
(iii) Travel agents and staff of travel agencies are ineligible to collect Changi Transit e-Vouchers on behalf of Eligible Passengers within their travel groups or on behalf of their customers. By submitting a form, the submitting passenger represents and warrants that they are not a travel agent or a member of staff of a travel agency, and CAG reserves the right to reject any submission and to void any Changi Transit e-Vouchers collected in breach of this clause.
(iv) A copy of e-tickets or flight itinerary of all Eligible Passengers must be uploaded during the submission process. Flight itineraries containing more than nine (9) passenger names will be rejected as invalid proof-of-travel.
2.8 Eligible Passenger can collect the Changi Transit e-Vouchers only once for each eligible flight itinerary and can only collect for their current trip from the point of ticket issued up to the day of arrival in Singapore from point-of-origins stated in paragraph 2.1 above. Collections for past trips will not be accepted. An example of such is where an Eligible Passenger whose flight arrival date is on Friday, 14 September 2026, 1800hrs SGT must submit their collection form by Friday, 14 September 2026, 2359hrs SGT.
2.9 Eligible Passengers whose trip is issued over two (2) or more separate e-tickets or flight itineraries are to submit just one (1) form for their entire trip and attach all e-tickets or flight itineraries in the submission.
2.10 CAG shall reserve the right to reject any attempts to collect the Changi Transit e-Vouchers or void any Changi Transit e-Vouchers collected for reasons including, but not restricted to, ineligibility, non-compliance, insufficient and/or incorrect supporting documents. In this regard, CAG’s decision shall be final.
2.11 The Changi Transit e-Vouchers are on a whilst stock last basis. The use, validity, expiry and redemption of Changi Transit e-Vouchers are subject to (i) these Terms and Conditions and (ii) the separate Changi Transit e-Voucher Terms of Use applicable to the relevant web platform or mobile application through which the Changi Transit e-Voucher is redeemed. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Changi Transit e-Voucher Terms of Use in relation to the use of the Changi Transit e-Vouchers, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2.12 Data Privacy
This clause sets out how CAG handles personal data submitted in connection with the Campaign. It supplements CAG's Privacy Policy, which applies in addition to (and not in substitution for) this clause.
(i) What CAG collects: CAG will collect personal data relating to the passenger and any co-passengers in the same flight itinerary or booking, including full name as shown on the e-ticket, e-ticket / booking reference, flight itinerary, date of travel, country of residence, email address and/or mobile number, and uploaded supporting documents.
(ii) Why CAG collects it: Such personal data will be used for the following purposes only:
a. verifying eligibility under this Campaign;
b. issuing, delivering, replacing and reconciling the Changi Transit e-Voucher(s);
c. responding to enquiries, complaints and disputes relating to the Campaign;
d. fraud prevention, audit, system investigation and record-keeping; and
e. compliance with applicable laws and lawful requests from competent authorities.
(iii) Provision of personal data is voluntary: If a passenger does not provide the requested data, CAG will be unable to verify eligibility or issue the Changi Transit e-Voucher and a passenger will not be able to proceed to redemption of the Changi Transit e-Voucher.
(iv) How long CAG keeps it: Personal data will be retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in clause 2.12(ii), or for such longer period as is required or permitted by applicable law.
(v ) Who CAG shares it with and cross-border transfer. Personal data will be transferred to and processed by CAG in Singapore, and may be shared with (i) CAG's authorised service providers, solely for voucher issuance, fulfilment and platform support; and (ii) CAG's professional advisers and any competent authority, in each case only where and to the extent necessary to give effect to the purposes set out in clause 2.12(ii). CAG will ensure that recipients are bound by obligations comparable to those under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and any other applicable data protection law.
(vi) Children and collection on behalf of others: Where a passenger submits a request on behalf of any other passenger in the same flight itinerary or booking, or on behalf of a minor, the submitting passenger represents and warrants that they:
a. have authority to submit on behalf of each such passenger and, in the case of a minor, are the parent or legal guardian;
b. have notified each such passenger (or, in the case of a minor, are giving consent on their behalf) of the purposes set out in clause 2.12(ii) and have obtained their consent (including, where applicable, separate consent for cross-border transfer) to the disclosure of their personal data to CAG for those purposes; and
c. shall, on CAG's written request, provide reasonable evidence of such authority, notification and consent.
(vii) The submitting passenger shall indemnify CAG against any claim, loss or liability arising from a breach of the representations and warranties in this clause 2.12(vi).
(viii) Rights, withdrawal and queries: Passengers may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data, withdraw consent, object to processing, or exercise any other right available under applicable law, by writing to data.protection@changiairport.com. CAG will respond within the period required by applicable law. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal but may mean that the Changi Transit e-Voucher cannot be issued or honoured.
ACCEPTABLE USE TERMS
3.1 Submissions under this Campaign may be assessed in whole or in part by automated means, including artificial intelligence and rules-based systems, for the purposes of verifying eligibility, detecting duplicate or fraudulent submissions, and determining the number of Changi Transit e-Vouchers (if any) to be issued. We expect that when a passenger interacts with our application or page, they do so in a responsible and legal manner. To this end, when engaging with our Campaign, these rules apply:
(i) The passenger must comply with applicable laws – for example, no uploading of fraudulent or vulgar itineraries, no engaging in regulated activity without complying with applicable regulations, no compromising the privacy of others.
(ii) The passenger must not attempt to override or circumvent safety filters or intentionally drive the system or model to act in a manner that contravenes our policies or anyone’s rights.
(iii) The outputs of such automated processing are indicative. CAG does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any output generated from an uploaded e-ticket or flight itinerary, and the passenger should check the accuracy of the information submitted before submission. The passenger should confirm the accuracy of these outputs before submission.
(iv) The passenger must not attempt to cause harassment to any person or to any organisation, including CAG.
3.2 Nothing in this clause shall be construed as authorising CAG to make any decision producing legal effects on a passenger, or similarly significantly affecting them, on the basis of automated processing alone, where such decision is prohibited by applicable data protection law.
OTHER GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4.1 Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by CAG to conduct such Offer in future.
4.2 By availing to the Offer, the passenger shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforesaid terms and conditions. Passengers should contact CAG for any queries relating to the Offer.
4.3 Singapore Airlines shall not assume any responsibility for the actions, omissions or conduct of any passengers or third party that result in a breach of these Terms and Conditions and its consequences thereof.
4.4 CAG will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate any passenger or to accept any responsibility or liability for any acts, omissions or conduct relating to the Offer including but not limited to any loss, damage, personal injury or death. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each passenger agrees to indemnify CAG against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with his or her participation in the Offer.
4.5 The Changi Transit e-Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.6 CAG reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Offer at its sole and absolute discretion.
4.7 The decision of CAG regarding any aspect of the Offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
4.8 These Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions, and the operation of the said Act is hereby excluded.
4.9 The Offer shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
4.10 CAG shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations in connection with the Offer to the extent caused by any event beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, regulatory change, strikes or labour disputes, failure of telecommunications or internet services, cyber-attack, system outage, or failure of any third-party service provider. If such an event continues for more than thirty (30) days, CAG may suspend, modify or terminate the Offer without liability, provided that Changi Transit e-Vouchers already issued and not yet redeemed shall, subject to clause 2.11, remain valid.
4.11 Any notice or communication from CAG to a passenger in connection with the Offer may be given by (i) email to the address provided by the passenger in their submission, (ii) publication on Changi Airport's official website, or (iii) any other means CAG may reasonably determine. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are accurate and current. Any communication from a passenger to CAG in connection with the Offer should be addressed to transit.privileges@changiairport.com, save that data protection queries should be addressed to data.protection@changiairport.com.
4.12 The following provisions, together with any other provision of these Terms and Conditions which by its nature is intended to survive, shall survive the expiry or termination of the Offer: clause 2.10; clause 2.11; clause 2.12; clause 3; clause 4.3; clause 4.4; clause 4.8; clause 4.9; clause 4.14; and this clause 4.12.
4.13 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable while preserving its original intent as closely as possible.
4.14 These Terms and Conditions may be made available in translated versions for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail, save where applicable law requires otherwise.
4.15 No failure or delay by CAG in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, and no single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall preclude any further or other exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
4.16 These Terms and Conditions, together with CAG's Privacy Policy and the Changi Transit e-Voucher Terms of Use referred to in clause 2.11(ii), constitute the entire agreement between CAG and the passenger in relation to the Offer and supersede any prior representations, statements or understandings.
