Slow Down At Changi Minmed Jewel Promotion (the “Promotion”)

 

1.    Acceptance Of Terms And Conditions

1.1    By participating in the Promotion, each Participant confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions set out herein, including any other requirements set out in any Promotion-related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications thereto as may be made from time to time (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1.2    This Promotion is organised and administered by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and Minmed Group Pte. Ltd. (“Minmed”).

 

2.    Promotion Mechanics And Conditions Of Participation

2.1    The Promotion shall commence on 16 September 2023, (0000hrs, Singapore Time) and end on 10 October 2023 (2359hrs, Singapore Time) (the “Promotion Period”).  

2.2    During the Promotion Period, participants may redeem 20% off any fitness or cycle class at Minmed Jewel only.

2.3    To take part in the Promotion, each Participant shall:

2.5    Limited to one redemption per participant.

2.6    Not valid with other ongoing promotions.

 

3.    General Terms And Conditions

3.1    CAG and Minmed’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final, conclusive and binding on all participants.

3.2    CAG and Minmed shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG and Minmed harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG and Minmed in relation to the Promotion. 

3.3    CAG and Minmed reserve the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

3.4    In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

3.5    These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG, Minmed, and all participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.
