With the needs of the elderly and physically less mobile in mind, we offer wheelchair services and have installed ramps, user-friendly lifts and special toilets.

Our Information and Customer Service counters offer wheelchairs to passengers on a complimentary and first-come first-served basis.

Alternatively, you may also make a direct request to your airline for wheelchair services and a minder at the time of your flight booking or during check-in.

Wheelchairs are also available for rent at the airport at $15 per hour from any one of the medical centres:

Travelling with children

Baby milk

If your baby is travelling with you, you may bring your expressed breast milk onboard the aircraft. However, if your baby is not travelling with you, we would strongly advise you to store the expressed breast milk into containers not exceeding 100ml.
