Picking up, or getting picked up by your loved ones? Head to our designated pick-up points at the following locations:

Terminal	Pick-up Point	Driving Directions to Pick-up Point
T1	Basement 1 Follow the sign “Arrival Pick-up” and proceed to take the lift/travellators to B1 after collecting your baggage	On Airport Boulevard, keep centre on Airport Boulevard towards “T1 Arrival” Swing right and proceed down the downramp to T1 Arrival Pick-up
T2	Level 1 Follow the sign “Arrival Pick-up” and proceed towards the exit doors after collecting your baggage	On Airport Boulevard, keep right and travel along the right lane towards T2 Follow the sign “T2 Arrival” and turn right subsequently to arrive at Level 1
T3	Basement 1 Follow the sign “Arrival Pick-up” and take the down-riding escalator to Basement 1 after collecting your baggage. Pick-up activity can take place at Door 1, 2 and 3.	On Airport Boulevard, keep left and travel along the left lane towards T3 Follow the sign “Arrival Pick-up” and keep right subsequently to arrive at Basement 1
T4	Level 1 Follow the sign “Arrival Pick-up” and proceed towards the left after collecting your baggage.	For drivers heading to T4 via ECP; keep left upon reaching Airport Boulevard and follow the signs to T4 For drivers heading to T4 via PIE, keep left and take the dedicated slip road to T4 Upon entering the T4 roadway system from either ECP or PIE, follow the signs that indicate “Arrival Pick-up”
