1. Where can the refund/exchange be made?  The refund/exhange can be made on-the-spot at the respective outlets. If you have left the airport, you can make your refund/exchange request via registered mail sent to the address printed on the receipt. |
2. How long will the refund process take? Refunds/exchanges will be done on the spot. However, for cases that require investigation on defects or verification with comparable outlets, or product is returned via post, refund will be done no later than 2 weeks. |
