Terms and Conditions

• This promotion (“Promotion”) is open only to Airport Staff who are registered Changi Rewards (CR) members (“Eligible Members”) with the “STAFF” tag on their Changi Rewards e-card profile and who have received the RSVP link via this eDM, WhatsApp message, Changi App push, Changi App listing (the “Promotion Collateral”). 

• Eligible Members must click on the “RSVP NOW” button or link in the eDM or any of the Promotion Collaterals above by 31 August 2025, 23:59 (SGT) in order to participate in this Promotion. Eligible Members who do not click on the “RSVP NOW” button may not participate in this Promotion. 

• The Promotion shall last from 15 August 2025 at 00:00am (SGT) to 31 August 2025 at 23:59pm (SGT) daily (“Promotion Period”) and shall be governed by these terms. 

• Eligible Members must RSVP for this Promotion via the RSVP link successfully before spending a minimum amount of S$10 at participating outlets in Terminal 4 only. Eligible Members must present and scan their Changi Rewards e-card to record their transaction to be eligible for the Promotion. 

• Eligible Members will receive 3 times (3x) bonus Changi Rewards points based on the amount spent on the transaction e.g. 30 bonus Changi Rewards points with spend of S$10. The Bonus Changi Rewards Points shall be earned on top of the normal earn rate of Changi Rewards points.

• The issuance of the bonus Changi Rewards points is capped at the first five (5) qualifying transactions per CR member and will be credited to their Changi Rewards account by 31 October 2025. 
  

• Transactions made before RSVP registration, will not qualify for this Promotion. For transactions to qualify for this Promotion, it must be made after successful RSVP registration.
  

• The participating outlets for this Promotion (“Participating Outlets”) are listed in the “Participating Outlets” tab, situated in the public areas of Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4. 
  

• The terms and conditions of the Changi Rewards loyalty programme (“CR Programme”) (available at: rewards.changiairport.com/terms-and-conditions) shall also apply to this Promotion.  
  

• Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”) reserves the right to terminate the Promotion or vary these terms from time to time without notice.  
  

• CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding.  
  

• These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. 
  

• Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with CAG’s privacy policy (available at changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html).
