As part of the Strategy & Transformation team, I work closely with both divisions and senior management to shape the development of CAG’s corporate strategy with the aim to enhance enterprise performance. I also drive new business opportunities, contributing to the business transformation of CAG. This role has given me deep insights to how a first-class airport operates and the key thinking behind achieving that level of quality.
Work is never routine, given the myriad of strategic issues and projects that I handle. I often have to deal with new projects which do not have precedence. And it involves a multitude of skills including conceptual and analytical thinking, dealing with ambiguity, stakeholder management, marketing and presentation, among others. I enjoy the opportunity I get with such projects – being able to dream, steer, learn and shape them towards achievement of the ideal outcomes. They are both challenging and exciting at the same time! I am proud to be part of the world's best airport and a member of the CAG family, working alongside collaborative, caring and talented colleagues.
