Yes you can change it at user profile.
Yes company administrators will be copied in the email to the applicant.
If you have not changed your password, you may retrieve the LMS details via APIC Hub. Alternatively, you may forget password and reset your password.
Upon airport pass application, the applicant will receive an email from APIC to complete the e-learning via a Learning Management System (LMS). For ASIB & BSIB, applicant are to pass an onsite test as well.
All seasonal airport pass application with A zones access are required to attend safety induction briefings. For Half A zones, only Airside Safety Induction Briefing (ASIB) is required. For Full A zones, applicant must complete Airside Safety Induction Briefing (ASIB) and Baggage Safety Induction Briefing (BSIB).
No. Visitor pass are not required to attend ASIB/BSIB.
No. Applicants are to complete the e-learning online prior to booking of the test date.
Company administors can check the status of the staff ASIB/BSIB through APIC (Pass Application Status).
APIC will be able to check if you are required to complete ASIB/BSIB upon pass renewal. The e-learning(s) will be automatically assigned to you if you are required to complete them.
No, you may complete your ASIB e-learning anywhere you'd like!
No, you may complete your ASIB e-learning anywhere you'd like!
No, you may complete your ASIB at your own pace! You may pause at each chapters and continue your e-learning there after.
Applicants will be given the e-learning courses based on the zones applied. Applicants must complete all the assigned courses.
The check box next to each e-learning course will turn green when it is completed. You can also see the indication of the progress bar which indicates the percentage of the courses completed.
Yes weekly reminders will be sent to your email if you have not complete the e-learnings.
Each e-learning will take around 20mins.
Applicants can only book a test date after they have completed their e-learnings. |
Applicant can book the ASIB/BSIB test date in the LMS. Upon completion of all the e-learnings, applicant can click “Test Booking Site” to select their preferred slot.

Yes, you can do so in the LMS under the menu called "Test Booking".
As part of audit requirement, in-person test is required for ASIB/BSIB.
It depends on individuals, on average it will take about 20mins to complete the test.
You must book at least 24hr in advance.
Please bring your test booking confirmation email, photo ID for verification and your own mobile device.
Within the same test session, you will be given multiple attempt to try the test again. However, if you are not able to pass within the test slot, you will be re-assigned the e-learning again.
Each test passing score is 80%.
You may collect your airport pass if you have completed all other requirements and receieved an collection appointment from APIC.
You may refer to the APIC Hub for the pass collection process.
No, it is not required. Your test results will be automatically sent to APIC for your pass collection.
