What started as an extension of what I used to do during my initial volunteering journey has progressed into an adventure of new interactions, knowledge, confidence, purpose and friendship.

Volunteering at Changi Airport lets me connect with people and offer guidance, which I missed after moving to Singapore. It also gives me a sense of belonging, helping passengers leave with a positive experience.

I believe staying active after retirement is important. Changi Airport offers a chance to serve in an iconic location, making us proud. I enjoy helping others, which is why the Changi Service Ambassador role suits my personality.

I am proud to be part of one of the leading airports in the world and I enjoy helping people from all walks of life. Through volunteering, I have learned how to interact with passengers more effectively.
