1. Product & Voucher Types

Changi e-Vouchers can be used at participating outlets at Changi Airport Terminal 1 to 4 only.

Changi e-Vouchers Flexi can be used at participating outlets at Changi Airport Terminal 1 to 4 AND Jewel Changi Airport.

The key difference between the two is how it is being distributed to the recipients.

The Digital Gift Card format can be distributed digitally, such as via email, or other preferred mode of communication channels. It is easier and faster to send it across to your recipients.

Physical Gift Card format is in hardcopy, and you will need to distribute them to your recipients in-person or via physical mail or through such other physical means. This may be more suitable for service-based businesses or companies who value in-person gifting.

They are available in blocks of S$5 with a total minimum value of S$5 and up to S$1000 per card.

2. Pricing, Discounts & Order Requirements

To purchase Changi e-Vouchers or e-Vouchers Flexi, simply submit your purchase request via the enquiry form here.

The minimum and maximum purchase amount are S$200 and S$100,000 in a single order, respectively. If you are purchasing more than S$100,000, please write to corporate.rewards@changiairport.com for our team to get in touch with you directly.

Yes, you can. Each card can be issued in blocks of S$5, up to a maximum of S$1,000 per card. 
If the value you need isn’t available in the dropdown options on the enquiry form, simply submit your enquiry and inform our team during the confirmation process. You may also email us directly at corporate.rewards@changiairport.com for any customized value requests.

Yes, you may. If you require your Changi e-Vouchers / e-Vouchers Flexi to be delivered in multiple batches, simply inform our Sales team during order confirmation and we will arrange it according to your requirements.

Yes, we are an approved GeBIZ Trading Partners (GTPs) and we can submit an invoice via the Vendors@Gov portal. Your organization may provide a Purchase Order for us to prepare the order. However, we will require prior payment to be made before your Changi e-Vouchers / e-Vouchers Flexi corporate order will be sent to you. Please contact us at corporate.rewards@changiairport.com after you have successfully placed your order via the enquiry form.

Yes, however, you need to meet the minimum order of S$200 or more.

3. Payment & Invoicing

We accept payment via PayNow, GIRO or Bank Transfer. Any applicable fee imposed by the relevant bank will be borne by the payer. Please note that payment by credit card payment is not available.

We will generate a tax invoice once the order is confirmed and acknowledged by you and we will send it to your email.

4. Fulfilment & Delivery

Digital Gift Card (via Activation Links)

 You will receive an email to download the excel file securely containing a list of unique Changi e-Vouchers / e-Vouchers Flexi Activation Links. Once you reply to our email acknowledging the receipt of the password encrypted file, you will receive the secure password via another medium (SMS or WhatsApp), after which you will be responsible for storing the password securely. 

Physical Gift Card

You will need to collect them at the CAG office at Terminal 2, Level 4, (Entrance near Check in Row 12). Refer to here for how to get to our corporate office

Please allow approximately 10 working days from the day of payment to process your purchase request. It may take longer if additional information is required. As soon as your purchase request has been processed, we will notify you via email to download your order for the Activation Links or when to collect your order at our office for the Changi e-Vouchers / e-Vouchers Flexi Cards.

You may distribute the Activation Links via email or your preferred communication channels.

Do let us know if you need the order to be collected or sent at a later date, so we can accommodate accordingly.

5. Validity & Activation

Each Changi e-Vouchers / e-Vouchers Flexi Activation Link is valid for 180 days from the date CAG confirms receipt of your payment. The Activation Links will be emailed to you within 7 working days after CAG confirms receipt of your payment.

Digital Gift Cards

Recipients will have 180 days from the date CAG confirms receipt of your payment to activate the e-Vouchers (Activation Deadline). Once activated, the e-Vouchers will have a fixed one-year validity period from the Activation Deadline.

Example (Scenario 1: Activation within 180 days):

  • Company A confirms and pays for the order on 8 January 2025.
  • Changi e-Vouchers are prepared, issued, and sent to Company A’s representative on 18 January 2025.
  • The last day to activate the e-Vouchers is 18 June 2025 (180 days from payment confirmation).
  • A recipient activates their e-Voucher on 1 June 2025.
  • The e-Voucher will expire on 18 June 2026 (1 year from the last date of activation of the batch)

Example (Scenario 2: No Activation within 180 days): 

  • Company A confirms and pays for an order of digital e-Vouchers on 8th January 2025. 
  • The e-Vouchers are prepared, issued, and sent to Company A’s representative on 18th January 2025. 
  • The last day of activation for the batch of e-Vouchers is 18th June 2025. 
  • The end recipient did not activate it by 18th June 2025. 
  • The e-Vouchers will not be available for activation nor use after 18th June 2025.

Physical Gift Cards

Recipients will enjoy 1 year validity of the Changi e-Voucher / e-Voucher Flexi Cards from the date of issuance.

Users do not need to download the Changi App. Users will need to click on the Changi e-Vouchers / e-Vouchers Flexi Activation Links in their email and it will lead them to a Web e-Voucher QR page. They will have to activate it, and the QR code will be shown. Recipients will have to display this QR code when using the e-vouchers at the participating outlets.

6. Order Changes, Refunds & Cancellations

Once you have placed your order, we will reach out to you for your acknowledgement and confirmation. If there are changes after you have confirmed your order, we will be unable to make any amendments. Please contact us at corporate.rewards@changiairport.com to cancel your order and place a new order.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully made to Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd, it is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other item. Your order will be processed and sent once payment has been verified.

Yes, if the entire transaction is refunded, the Changi e-Voucher / e-Voucher Flexi used in that transaction will be refunded and it will be issued back to the respective Changi e-Voucher / e-Voucher Flexi Card with the original expiry date. 

If it is a partial refund, the refund will be made to the other mode of payment used in the transaction (and not the e-Voucher / e-Voucher Flexi).

Example:

 You made a $100 purchase using a $20 Changi e-Voucher Card and $80 by credit card. If there is a $30 refund, the $30 will be returned to your credit card, and there will be no refund of the e-Voucher.

Refunds are not permitted for expired (i) Changi e-Vouchers/ e-Voucher Flexi Cards; and (ii)  activation links that have not been activated. As stated in the terms and conditions, all payments are non-refundable once processed, and unused or expired vouchers are not eligible for reimbursement or exchange. Please also note that there will be no extension of the validity period for activation links or the Changi e-Voucher/ e-Voucher Flexi Cards, beyond the stipulated timeframe.

We do not replace or cancel any Changi e-Vouchers / e-Vouchers Flexi Activation Links issued erroneously by you.

7. Redemption & Usage

At the participating stores prior to making payment:

Digital Gift Card (via Activation Links)

Present and scan the QR code from the Web e-Voucher QR page that is shown after you click on the Changi e-Vouchers/ e-Vouchers Flexi activation link.

Physical Gift Card

Present and scan the QR code on the Changi e-Vouchers / e-Vouchers Flexi Card.

This will offset the final amount.

All Changi e-Voucher(s) must be used in full denomination, in blocks of S$5. 

Example, if an item is S$4.90 and a S$5 e-Voucher is used, the full S$5 will be deducted and any unused amount, in this case S$0.10, will not be refunded. If a Changi e-Vouchers/ e-Vouchers Flexi Card contains S$20, you may use a S$5 e-Voucher for one transaction and the remaining e-Vouchers for another transaction.

No, Supermarkets fall under the exclusion list. Kindly see the full list here.

No –Changi Rewards Points are not awarded for purchases of Changi e-Vouchers.

No. Changi Rewards Points will not be awarded on any transaction where a Changi e-Voucher or e-Voucher Flexi is used as a mode of payment, even if part of the transaction is paid using cash, card or other payment methods.

For each transaction, you may choose either to scan your Changi Rewards card to earn points or to use a Changi e-Voucher / e-Voucher Flexi to offset the bill. Both cannot be applied in the same transaction.

No, the Changi e-Voucher / e-Voucher Flexi Card is not reloadable.
