Programme Overview

CAG’s SCF programme is a strategic initiative by CAG in partnership with DBS and UOB, where contractors and suppliers can access unprecedently affordable financing upfront based on CAG-issued POs and Contracts, before delivery of goods and/or services. Participation in the programme is optional and does not influence contract awards. It is open to all suppliers awarded CAG contracts, with no minimum invoice value required. Financing applications are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the partner banks.

Financing Options

How It Works 

  1. Contractor/ Supplier onboarded into SCF Programme with one SCF Bank of Contractor/ Supplier’s choice.

  2. Contractor/ Supplier has active Contract, PO or Invoice from CAG.

  3. Contractor/ Supplier applies for financing with SCF Bank.

  4. Bank assesses and disburses funds.

  5. CAG pays the bank per the original invoice due date.

  6. To ensure a seamless process for our suppliers, CAG will digitally transmit all necessary documents, including Contracts, PO and Invoices to the SCF bank that the suppliers have applied for financing.
