Travel can be overwhelming, especially for neurodivergent travellers. The Calm Room offers a soothing, safe environment where travellers can take a moment to regulate, recharge and prepare for their journey. As the room is a shared facility, we kindly ask all users to be respectful and considerate, and to offer space when someone may need it more.

Yes, the Calm Room is open to all travellers. As this is a shared facility, we kindly ask users to be mindful and give priority to neurodivergent travellers who may have a greater need for this space.
Booking is not required. As we do not limit access to the room, we ask that users practise their own discretion on usage to ensure a shared pleasant experience for everyone who needs it.

Remove footwear where indicated. To maintain cleanliness and protect the padded furniture, please place your shoes in the designated storage shelves.

Yes, carry-on luggage is allowed. Travellers should store their luggage and shoes at the storage shelves in the Welcome Area before entering the Forest, the Den, or the Nest.
No, there are no toilets in the Calm Room. The nearest toilets are located just beside the Calm Room.
The Calm Room is an unmanned facility. If assistance is needed, travellers can use the kiosk in the Welcome Area to speak with a virtual Changi Experience Ambassador (vCEA) — whether for medical help, lost items, or locating airport services.
