1. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

1.1. This Promotion is organised by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("CAG").

1.2. This Promotion shall run from 1 August 2026, 00:00 hours (SGT) to 31 October 2026, 23:59 hours (SGT) (the "Promotion Period").

1.3. The Promotion is open to all persons vising Changi Airport or Jewel Changi Airport during the Promotion Period ("Participants"), save that Participants must be at least 18 years of age to redeem any benefit involving the purchase of liquor or other age-restricted items. Proof of age may be required at the point of redemption.

1.4. A Participant confirms their participation in this Promotion by making a qualifying purchase at a Participating Outlet during the Promotion Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

1.5. By participating in this Promotion, all Participants shall be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any other requirements, instructions, FAQs, mechanics, redemption or collection details, publicity materials, or other information published or made available by CAG in connection with this Promotion, whether within restaurant or retail premises, online platforms, or other official CAG channels, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto, which may be made from time to time in CAG's sole and absolute discretion.

1.6. CAG's decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion are final, conclusive and binding on all Participants. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time without further notice.

2. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS

2.1. This Promotion offers the following discounts and complimentary items at the Participating Outlets set out in the table below. To redeem the applicable benefit, Participants must present the Changi “Dished Out” promotional image (the “Promotional Image”) at the relevant Participating Outlet during the Promotion Period:

2.2. The following general conditions apply to all Participating Outlets and to all benefits under this Promotion:

a. the Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers or set meals;

b. no minimum spend is required, unless otherwise indicated; and

c. benefits are subject to availability at the relevant Participating Outlet.

2.3. All complimentary items under this Promotion are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are strictly non-transferable and not for resale. Any attempted transfer or resale may result in disqualification from this Promotion and/or forfeiture of the relevant benefit. Once any complimentary item has been fully redeemed or is out of stock, neither CAG nor the relevant Participating Outlet is under any obligation to provide a replacement.

2.4. If any qualifying purchase is refunded, returned or cancelled, CAG reserves the right to claw back any benefit received in connection with that purchase, including any discount applied or complimentary item issued.

3. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

3.1. All discounts and complimentary items under this Promotion are provided by CAG and the respective Participating Outlets, and are subject to their availability and, where applicable, the Participating Outlet's own terms and conditions. CAG makes no warranties or representations as to the availability, quality, or suitability of any products, services, or benefits supplied under this Promotion.

3.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable for, and each Participant agrees to release CAG and hold harmless from, any claim, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with any:

a. failure or delay in performance by a Participating Outlet;

b. stock unavailability, product defects, or service issues at a Participating Outlet;

c. misuse or improper redemption of any discount or complimentary item; or

d. error or malfunction of point-of-sale systems, payment networks or third-party applications.

3.3. CAG and Participating Outlets reserve the right, but shall not be obliged, to substitute any complimentary item with another item of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability, without prior notice or liability.

3.4. CAG makes no representations, warranties or undertakings as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to this Promotion.

4. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

4.1. Participation in this Promotion may require the processing of Participants' personal data, including full name, boarding pass details and contact information. By participating in this Promotion, each Participant consents to CAG collecting, using, disclosing, storing, and otherwise processing their personal data for the following purposes:

a. administering and managing this Promotion;

b. verifying eligibility and processing redemptions;

c. personalising services and communications through Changi Airport platforms to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable; and

d. conducting statistical analysis in order to improve CAG's products and services.

(Clauses 4.1(a) to (d) above collectively, the "Relevant Purposes")

4.2. Participants agree and acknowledge that CAG may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents (including those located outside Singapore) for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in this Promotion, Participants consent to CAG's collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided, in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG's Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html).

4.3. Each Participant represents and warrants that any personal data disclosed to CAG in connection with this Promotion is complete and accurate.

5. MISCELLANEOUS

5.1. CAG shall not be liable for any damage, loss or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, and each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to this Promotion.

5.2. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to this Promotion, these terms and conditions shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, prevail.

5.3. No failure or delay by CAG in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of the same preclude any further exercise of such right, power or remedy.

5.4. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5.5. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any provision herein.

5.6. CAG may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without the consent of the Participants. Participants may not assign or transfer any of their rights or obligations hereunder.

5.7. These terms and conditions may be translated into other languages for reference. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail and govern.

5.8. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all Participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.
