1.   ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

1.1.  This Shopping Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”).

1.2.  By participating in this Shopping Promotion, all Participants (as defined below) shall be bound by the following terms and conditions, as well as any other requirements, instructions, FAQs, mechanics, redemption or collection details, publicity materials, or other information published or made available by CAG in connection with the Shopping Promotion, whether within retail premises, online platforms, or other official CAG channels, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto, which may be made from time to time in CAG’s sole and absolute discretion.

1.3.  This Shopping Promotion shall run from 9 April 2026, 00:01 hours (SGT) to 8 June 2026, 23:59 hours (SGT) (the “Promotion Period”).

1.4.  The Shopping Promotion is open to all passengers departing from Changi Airport with a valid boarding pass to India within the Promotion Period (“Participants”), save that Participants must be at least 18 years of age to redeem promotions involving liquor or other age-restricted purchases. Proof of age may be required at the point of purchase.

1.5.  A Participant confirms their participation in the Shopping Promotion by making a qualifying purchase at a participating retail store during the Promotion Period.

1.6.  CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion are final, conclusive and binding on all Participants. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Shopping Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

2.   CAMPAIGN MECHANICS

2.1.  This Shopping Promotion offers the following gifts, discounts and benefits:
 

*Excluding Electronics and Luxury Brands. Refer to Section 2.3 below for the list of participating stores.

2.2.  In relation to any minimum spends required for this Shopping Promotion:

a.   All minimum spends indicated must be met in a single receipt or transaction; and

b.   Amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute) will not be counted towards the minimum spends required for the redemption of gifts, discounts or benefits.

2.3.  The Shopping Promotion is applicable only at selected participating retail stores and for selected product categories in the Departure Transit areas. The full list of participating retail stores and product categories for this Shopping Promotion are as set out below:

2.4.  Purchases and/or transactions made at the following stores at Singapore Changi Airport or Jewel Changi Airport are not eligible for the promotion:

a.   Banks

b.   Money changing facilities

c.   Medical clinics

d.   Top-up card machines

e.   Postal services & Post-on-Wheels

f.   Lounges (Bank/Airline/Ambassador/Pay-per-use lounges)

g.   Transit Hotels

h.   Hotel Reservation Counters

i.   Airport Shuttle and Transportation Counters

j.   Car Rental

k.   Changi Recommends foreign exchange services and online purchases

l.   Passenger meeting services counters

m.   Left luggage service counters

n.   Telecommunication outlets and service counters (e.g. M1)

o.   Temporary outposts

p.   Crowne Plaza Hotel and YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport (including all retail, F&B or service within the hotels premises)

q.   Tour and travel services - Apple Store in Jewel Changi Airport - Online purchases of any attractions or activities provided by Jewel Changi Airport

2.5.  The following terms shall apply in respect of the redemption of backpacks:

a.   Each Participant is eligible to receive an unlimited number of backpacks, but limited to one (1) backpack per qualifying receipt;

b.   All backpacks are redeemable upon the Participants’ visit to designated redemption booths in Terminal 1 – 4 Transit Areas within the operating hours;

c.   All backpacks must be redeemed within the same day of the qualifying purchase;

d.   The backpacks are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other cash equivalents;

e.   The backpacks are not redeemable on any amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute);

f.   All purchases within the departure transit areas at Changi Airport require a valid boarding pass to verify eligibility for GST-exemption; and

g.   A physical copy of the qualifying receipt and a valid boarding pass to India must be presented at the point of redemption.

2.6.  If any qualifying purchase is refunded, returned or cancelled, CAG reserves the right to claw back any benefit received, including any vouchers or gifts.

2.7.  All backpacks are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are strictly non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not for resale.  Once the backpacks are fully redeemed or out of stock, neither CAG nor any Participating Retail Stores are under any obligation to provide a replacement item.

3.   LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

3.1.  All vouchers, discounts, gifts and other benefits under this Promotion are provided by CAG and the respective Participating Retail Stores and are subject to their availability and, where applicable, additional terms and conditions. CAG makes no warranties or representations as to the availability, quality, or suitability of any products, services, vouchers, discounts, gifts-with-purchases or other benefits supplied under this Shopping Promotion.

3.2.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable for, and each Participant agrees to release CAG and hold harmless from, any claim, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with any:

a.   failure or delay in performance by a Participating Retail Store or payment partner;

b.   stock unavailability, product defects, or service issues;

c.   misuse or improper redemption of vouchers, discounts or gifts; or

d.   error or malfunction of POS systems, payment networks or third-party applications.

CAG and Participating Retail Stores reserve the right, but shall not be obliged, to substitute any gift or voucher with another item of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability, without prior notice or liability.

3.3.  CAG makes no representations, warranties or undertakings whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to this Shopping Promotion.

4.   PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

4.1.  By participating in the Shopping Promotion, each Participant consents to CAG collecting, using, disclosing, storing, and otherwise processing their personal data (including their full names, boarding pass details, and contact information) for the purposes of:

a.   administering and managing the Shopping Promotion;

b.   Verifying eligibility and processing redemptions;

c.   Personalising services and communications through Changi Airport platforms to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable; and

d.   Conducting statistical analysis in order to improve CAG’s products and services. (Clause 4.1(a) to (d) above collectively, the “Relevant Purposes”)

e.   Participants agree and acknowledge that CAG may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents (including those located outside Singapore) for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in the Shopping Promotion, participants consent to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html).

5.   MISCELLANEOUS

5.1.  CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Shopping Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice. CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion are final, conclusive and binding on all participants. 

5.2.  CAG shall not be liable for any damage, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Shopping Promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Shopping Promotion. 

5.3.  In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to the Shopping Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 

5.4.  No failure or delay by CAG in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of the same preclude any further exercise of such right, power or remedy. 

5.5.  If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

5.6.  A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any provision herein. 

5.7.  CAG may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without the consent of the Participants. Participants may not assign or transfer any of their rights or obligations hereunder. 

5.8.  These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages for reference. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail and govern. 

5.9.  These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.
