Premiums must be collected within the same period, or it shall be forfeited.

You may approach the event crew at the CSO counter located at Terminal 3, Basement 2, opposite Kopitiam. The operating hours of the counter is 10:00 – 22:30 daily.

By participating in the promotion, shoppers will be deemed to have read and understood these rules are to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacement, and modifications as may be from time to time.

1.      The Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("CAG”).

2.      This promotion is valid for registered Changi Rewards members only from 30 May 2025 to 13 July 2025.

3.      From 30 May 2025, every S$50 spent in a single receipt (S$80 at supermarkets) from Participating Outlets at Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4 public areas (collectively "Changi Airport Public Areas") entitles shopper to purchase one (1) of the following exclusive Changi Airport | Miffy premiums at:

a.               S$4.90 for the Keychain Charm;

b.               S$8.90 for the Matching Tote Bags (2-in-1 set);

c.               S$11.90 for the Laptop Sleeve;

d.               S$14.90 for the Travel Tumblr with Bag Set; and

e.               Complimentary Beaded Wrist Strap*

Limited to three (3) Purchase-with-Purchase premiums per qualifying receipt regardless of spending amount in excess of the minimum spend required.

4.      Payment made by Mastercard or Mastercard on Changi Pay will be entitled to:

a.               Purchase an additional Changi Airport | Miffy premium (hence a maximum of four (4) premiums in a single receipt);

b.               Redeem a complimentary Beaded Wrist Strap (hence a maximum of two (2) complimentary charm wristlets per receipt).

5.      For the purposes of the Qualifying Receipts, the payment modes accepted to meet the qualifying spend are:

a.        Cash (in local currency or equivalent amount in foreign currency)

b.        NETS and Credit cards

6.      Payment for the qualifying spend can only be in the form of cash (in local currency or equivalent amount in foreign currency), NETS, Credit cards or digital payments. Payment made using In-Store Vouchers (e.g. FairPrice vouchers), Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers, Changi Rewards e-Voucher Flexi or Changi Gift Cards are excluded from making up the qualifying spend. However, partial payment using vouchers, Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers and Changi Gift Cards will be accepted provided the qualifying spend is paid in cash, NETS or credit cards.

7.        Participating Outlets for the Promotion includes all Retail and F&B outlets operating at the public areas in Changi Airport Terminals 1 to 4 except the following:

  •          Jewel Changi Airport
  •          MindChamps Preschool
  •          Banks
  •          Bank / Airline / Ambassador / Pay-per-use Lounges
  •          Changi Recommend outlets
  •          Counters such as car rental services, airport shuttle and transportations
  •          Crowne Plaza Hotel, including outlets within the hotel premises
  •          Left luggage services counter
  •          Medical clinics
  •          Money changing facilities
  •          Postal services & Post-on-Wheels
  •          Service counters at Arrival Hall
  •          Telecommunication outlets such as Starhub

8.      Shoppers who make their qualifying spend may purchase/redeem the premiums at a later date before the end of the shopping promotion (13 July 2025). Premiums are on a while-stocks-last basis.

9.      Shopper(s) are required to log into their Changi App under “Book, Redeem & Play” after their qualifying spend to purchase/redeem the premiums.

10.     Upon carting out of the complimentary keychain charm wristlets, shoppers may proceed to the Redemption Counter at Terminal 3 Basement 2, opposite Kopitiam for collection.

11.     Upon carting out of the Purchase-with-Purchase premiums, shoppers may proceed to the following locations for collection:

a.        Terminal 2, Level 2 (Departure Hall), Vending Machine near Skytrain Station

b.        Terminal 3 Basement 2, Vending Machine opposite Kopitiam

c.        Terminal 4 Level 2 (Departure Hall), Vending Machine near Check-in Row 7

NOTE: Vending Machine operates daily from 30 May to 13 July 2025, 24 Hours.

12.     Upon purchase via PlayPass on Changi App, shoppers are required to scan their Changi Reward e-card at the vending machine for collection. Do note that the premiums are on a while-stocks-last basis.

13.     Payment for the purchase of the premiums must be done on Changi App via online payment.

14.     Shoppers are required to collect their paid/redeemed premiums from 30 May to 13 July 2025 at the vending machines/redemption counter or it shall be forfeited. No refunds will be made for premiums that are not collected within the stipulated period.

15.    All Changi Airport | Miffy premiums sold and redeemed are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

16.    Goods are dispensed at random by chance based on the availability of the item(s) in the inventory. CAG reserves the right to replace the goods with other goods or designs without prior notice.

17.     Goods are offered on “as is” basis and Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) hereby disclaims any and all representations and warranties whether express or implied as to the premiums being of merchantability quality and fitness for any purposes.

18.    In the event that payment of the premiums was made with non-qualified receipts (e.g. Jewel or any other non-participating outlets) via PlayPass on Changi App, CAG reserves the right to cancel the redemptions of the premiums, and no refunds will be entertained. Shoppers are advised to check with onsite event crew should they have any queries on the qualifying receipts prior to making payment for the premiums via PlayPass on Changi App.

19.    In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

20.    CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Shopping Promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Shopping Promotion.

21.    CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Shopping Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

MIFFY CHANGI REWARDS GIFT-WITH-PURCHASE SHOPPING PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Miffy Changi Rewards Gift-with-Purchase Shopping Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all Changi Rewards members.  

2. The Promotion will run from 30 May 2025 at 00:00 (SGT) until 13 July 2025 at 22:00 (SGT) (“Promotion Period”). Participation in the Promotion is subject to and governed by these Promotion terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).  

3. Changi Rewards members who meet the Qualifying Spend (as defined below) (“Eligible Members”) are eligible to redeem one (1) set of merchandise, as set out at paragraph 7 below (“Gift”). The Gift can be redeemed from 30 May 2025 at 00:00 (SGT) until 13 July 2025 at 22:30 (SGT), or until the Gifts are fully redeemed (“Redemption Period”). Redemption of the Gift is on a first-come-first-served basis, limited to the first 370 redemptions.  

4. “Qualifying Spend” means an accumulated Nett Spend of S$800 at participating outlets at Changi Airport Public areas, excluding Jewel Changi Airport, within the Promotion Period, and excludes spend amount for the transactions stated in paragraph 9 of these T&Cs.  

Nett Spend” means the final amount paid by the Changi Rewards member after the application of all discounts and vouchers (whether physical or electronic vouchers and including but not limited to Changi e-Voucher, Changi e-Voucher Flexi, Changi e-Voucher Card, eCapitaVouchers).

5. After a Changi Rewards member meets the Qualifying Spend, a Gift voucher will be automatically issued to that Eligible Member’s Changi Account under the “Vouchers, Prizes & Redemptions” tab in the Changi App. The Gift voucher does not guarantee the stock availability of the Gift, as each Eligible Member has to collect the Gift physically at Customer Service counter located at Changi Airport Terminal 3 (Public), Basement 2 (opposite NTUC FairPrice) (“Collection Point”) to redeem the Gift.  

6. There are only 370 sets of Gift for collection, and collection of the Gift is on a first-come-first-served basis. Limited to one redemption and collection per Changi Rewards member only during the whole Promotion Period.  

7. Each set of Gift consists the following two (2) merchandise:

a. Miffy camping chair; and  

b. Miffy foldable trolley. 
 

8. The Gift is not exchangeable for any cash, credit, services, or other items.

9.  Transactions made at the following outlets in Changi Airport are excluded from and will not be considered as “Qualifying Spend” for this Promotion: banks, money changing facilities, top up cards facilities and purchases (whether the cards are in physical or electronic form, and including cards sold by tenants with cash top-up capabilities such as food court top up card, gift card, cash card, phone card, etc.), postal and postage services, medical services, bank/airline lounges, transit hotels, hotel reservations, Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Hotel, telecommunication services, car rental services, Changi Recommends, airport shuttle and transportation services, passenger meeting services, left luggage services, tour and travel services, dry-cleaning services, temporary event and short-term leased outposts, park and fly parking coupons made on iShopChangi, and such other items or services as may be determined by CAG from time to time. In addition, any amount spent on tobacco products purchased at Changi Airport will also not count towards “Qualifying Spend”.

10. Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”) reserves the right to terminate the Promotion anytime, or to vary these T&Cs from time to time, without prior notice. CAG may notify Changi Rewards members of such changes by publishing the revised T&Cs at Exclusive Miffy Premium or by such other means of communication as CAG may determine in its absolute discretion, from time to time. Any change in these T&Cs shall be effective from the date of publishing the Promotion T&Cs in the foregoing manner.  

11. CAG’s decision on all matters in relation to the Promotion will be final and binding on all Changi Rewards members.

12. The terms and conditions of the Changi Rewards loyalty programme (available at Changi Rewards Terms and Conditions ) shall also apply to this Promotion where applicable.  

13. The conduct and administration of the Promotion requires the collection, use, disclosure or other processing of a Changi Rewards member’s personal data, such as that Changi Rewards member’s Changi Account membership ID. By participating in the Promotion, (a) each Changi Rewards member agrees that CAG may use his personal data that he has provided to CAG or that CAG holds about him, and disclose same to CAG’s third party service providers, for the purposes of conducting and administering the Promotion, including but not limited to the issuing and redemption of the Gift voucher, and any other relevant administrative matters before, during and after the Promotion (the “Relevant Purposes”); and (b) each Changi Rewards member consents to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of the personal data he has provided to CAG or that CAG holds about him, in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy ). If that Changi Rewards member provides information about any individual other than himself, that Changi Rewards member represents and warrants that he has valid authority and consent from the other individual(s) to do so, and he has ensured that the other individual(s) understands how such information will be used. That Changi Rewards member also represents and warrants that the information he provides is complete and accurate.  

14. (a) To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Promotion.

(b) To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG, its employees, agents and subcontractors shall not be liable to any participant for any injury, damage, loss, compensation, liability, cost or expense suffered or incurred by the participant arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.

15. The T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all participants agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in the determination of any matter or dispute arising in connection with the Promotion and/or the T&Cs.

CHANGI REWARDS CATALOGUE REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Changi Rewards Catalogue Redemption for Miffy Keychain Charm (“Redemption”) is open to all Changi Rewards members. 

2. This Redemption will be available from 30 May 2025 at 00:00 (SGT) until 13 July 2025 at 22:00 (SGT) ("Redemption Period") for Monarch members, and from 6 June 2025 at 00:00 (SGT) until 13 July 2025 at 22:00 (SGT) for all Changi Rewards members. The Redemption is subject to and governed by these Redemption terms and conditions ("T&Cs").

3. Changi Rewards members may redeem one (1) Miffy Keychain Charm (“Reward”) with 2,500 Changi Rewards points through the Changi Rewards catalogue.

4.  After a Changi Rewards member redeems his Changi Rewards points for the Reward (“Eligible Member”), a reward voucher will be automatically issued to that Eligible Member’s Changi Account under the “Vouchers, Prizes & Redemption” tab in the Changi App. That Eligible Member may present his reward voucher via the Changi App to redeem his reward voucher for the Reward at the Customer Service counter located at Changi Airport Terminal 3 (Public), Basement 2 (opposite NTUC FairPrice), 10:00 – 22:30 (SGT) daily, during the period from 30 May 2025 to 13 July 2025. To collect the Reward, Eligible Members must present a valid and unredeemed reward voucher to the customer service officer for redemption and would be required to swipe and redeem the reward voucher in the presence of the customer service officer. The customer service officer reserves the right to reject any invalid or redeemed reward vouchers.      

5. Redemption for the Reward is on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited to two (2) redemptions per Changi Rewards member during the Redemption Period.

6. The Reward cannot be exchanged for any form of cash, credit, services or other items.

7.  Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”) reserves the right to terminate the Redemption anytime, or to vary these T&Cs from time to time, without prior notice.
