  • All Verified Airport Staff as a Traveler or Non-Traveler, who are aged 18 and above. 

  • Participants below 18 years of age must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate and to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  •  Verified Staff members (i.e. those with the “Staff” logo on their Changi Rewards card) are eligible, if they:
    - Maintain Verified Staff status at any time during the Campaign Period and at the time of winner announcement; and
    - Were notified of the Campaign via email during the Campaign Period.

The promotion starts from 10 December 2025, 12:00AM SGT to 31 December 2025, 11:59PM SGT. Purchases made after the deadline will not be eligible.  

To qualify, participants must

  • Be a verified staff member (with the ‘Staff’ logo on their Changi Rewards card) at any point during the Campaign Period and at the time of winner announcement; and
  • Register to participate through the Changi Rewards email newsletter by 31 December 2025; and
  • Make qualifying purchases at participating dining or shopping outlets in Changi Airport’s Transit and Public Areas, and/or via iShopChangi, as either a traveller or non-traveller. For in-store purchases, participants must scan their Changi Rewards card before payment. For iShopChangi purchases, participants must log into their Changi Rewards account; and
  • Be among the Top 10 spenders based on highest accumulated nett spend from qualifying purchases.

Yes. The final amount paid after deductions of Changi Rewards points or voucher redemptions will be counted towards your accumulated spend.

The last 6 digits of the Changi Rewards card numbers of the Top 10 spenders, along with their accumulated spend, will be updated weekly under the “Leaderboard” tab. Please check back regularly for the latest updates.

  • Each shopper can only win one (1) time during the promotion, regardless of the number of Changi Rewards accounts held.
  • Once a shopper has been selected as a winner, he/she will no longer be eligible to win again within the Promotion Period.

 

The winners will be published under the “LEADERBOARD’ tab. Please check back regularly for the updated list of winners.

Winners will be notified via email, sent to the registered email address in their Changi Rewards account. Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 calendar days of the notification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to a reserve winner.

Upon acceptance of the prize, a redemption letter will be issued in writing via email. This letter must be presented at designated collection points, which will be communicated at a later date. 

All winner(s) are required to provide proof of identity, age, proof of purchase and such other documents as CAG may reasonably require. If the proof of purchase is found to be cancelled or refunded, the prize will be revoked. In the event that the winner is unable to provide, he/she shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize(s).

CHANGI REWARDS STAFF PROGRAMME TOP SPENDER SHOWDOWN – FESTIVE EDITION ("SHOPPING PROMOTION")

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.  ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

1.1  This Shopping Promotion is organised and administered by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”). 

1.2  By participating in this Shopping Promotion, all Participants (as defined below) shall be bound by the following terms and conditions, as well as any other requirements, instructions, FAQs, mechanics, redemption or collection details, publicity materials, or other information published or made available by CAG in connection with the Shopping Promotion, whether within retail premises, online platforms, or other official CAG channels, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto, which may be made from time to time in CAG’s sole and absolute discretion.

1.3  This Shopping Promotion shall run from 0001 hours (SGT) on 10 December 2025 to 2359 hours (SGT) on 31 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

1.4  As a condition of entry into the Shopping Promotion, each Participant affirms and represents that he/she is 18 years of age and older and agrees to be bound in all respects by these Terms and Conditions. If a Participant is below 18 years old, he/she must and will be deemed to have in any event, obtained consent from his parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and their agreement to take responsibility for his/her acts and omissions in connection with his/her entry into this Shopping Promotion and/or use of the Prize(s), as the case may be. 

1.5  This Shopping Promotion is open to participants who: 

          a. are aged 18 years and above (as at the date of their participating in the Shopping Promotion); 

          b. are verified staff members (with ‘Staff’ logo on Changi Rewards card) at any point during the Promotion Period and at the time the winners are announced: and

          c. registered an interest to participate via Changi Rewards December email newsletter 

          d. are not persons within the Excluded Categories,
          (each a “Participant” and collectively the “Participants”).

1.6  “Excluded Categories” refer to:

       a. any person who is or becomes insane, deceased, insolvent or is the subject of a criminal investigation, or has criminal proceedings instituted against him/her in any jurisdiction (at the time of entry and/or the draw);

       b. any person whose participation in and/or association with the Shopping Promotion may cause (in the sole and absolute opinion of CAG) and/or the Shopping Promotion, any disrepute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or cause CAG and/or the Shopping Promotion to be perceived unfavourably; 
 
      c. any person who was not notified of the Shopping Promotion via email during the Promotion Period; and

      d. any other person or class of persons deemed ineligible or notified by CAG as being ineligible from time to time. 

1.7  CAG reserves the right (in its sole and absolute discretion) to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Shopping Promotion, and CAG may at any time during the Shopping Promotion disqualify any person from participating in the Shopping Promotion without providing any reason if it determines that such person does not meet the eligibility criteria above. 


2.  Shopping Promotion Mechanics And Conditions Of Participation 

2.1 To take part in the Shopping Promotion, Participants must register their interest to participate through the Changi Rewards December email newsletter and make at least one Qualifying Spend at Participating Outlets during the Promotion Period. For the Qualifying Spend to be recognised and recorded, Participants must:

      a. for in-store purchases,  scan their Changi Rewards card prior to payment; and

      b. for iShopChangi purchases, log into their Changi Rewards account at the time of purchase.
 

2.1.1.  Qualifying Spend

      a. “Qualifying Spend” refers to nett spend in a single receipt, during the Promotion Period, at any of the Participating Outlets.

      b. “Participating Outlets” refer to:- 

           (i) iShopChangi website at www.ishopchangi.com ("iShopChangi");

           (ii) dining and retail outlets at Singapore Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3 or 4 (the “Terminals”).

      c. For all Qualifying Spend made across all platforms, the nett amount spent by the Participant after any discounts, reductions and/or vouchers shall be taken. For the avoidance of doubt, the following amounts shall be excluded from all Qualifying Spend: -

          (i) amounts paid using vouchers (whether physical or electronic vouchers, and including but not limited to Changi e-Vouchers, Changi e-Voucher Flexi, Changi e-Voucher card); 

          (ii) amounts offset using Changi Rewards points; 

          (iii) amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco and/or tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, any tobacco derivative or substitute, any mixture containing any form of tobacco or a tobacco derivative or tobacco substitute); and

          (iv) all amounts arising from or related to purchases and/or transactions made at service outlets and at the following outlets at Singapore Changi Airport:                   

  • Banks
  • Money changing facilities
  • Medical clinics
  • Top-up card machines
  • Postal services & Post-on-Wheels
  • Lounges (Bank / Airline / Ambassador / Pay-per-use lounges)
  • Transit Hotels
  • Hotel reservation counters
  • Airport shuttle and transportation counters
  • Car Rental
  • Passenger meeting services counters
  • Changi Recommends Foreign Exchange services and online purchases
  • Left luggage service counters
  • Telecommunication outlets and service counters (e.g. M1)
  • Temporary outposts
  • Crowne Plaza Hotel and YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport (including all retail, F&B or services within the hotels premises)
  • Tour and travel services

The list of excluded outlets from the Shopping Promotion is subject to change by CAG at its discretion without prior notice.

2.2  The following transactions are ineligible for the purposes of the Shopping Promotion:

       a. Transactions that are not completed (orders with incomplete payments, including those with pending payments or declined credit card transactions), cancelled, fully or partially refunded, or otherwise reversed. CAG reserves the right to disqualify any transactions or participants suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of the Shopping Promotion’s Terms and Conditions.

       b. Transactions where the Changi Rewards card was not scanned before payment for in-store purchases, and iShopChangi purchases made without logging into the Changi Rewards account.


3. PRIZE(S)

   3.1 After the end of the Promotion Period, the ten (10) Participants with the highest accumulated Qualifying Spends shall be deemed to be the winners (“Winners”) of the Shopping Promotion. In the event of a tie in accumulated Qualifying Spend, Participants will be ranked according to the timestamp at which they first reached the tied amount, with earlier timestamps receiving the higher ranking.

3.2 The following prizes have been allocated for the Shopping Promotion (each a “Prize”, collectively the “Prizes”):

3.3 CAG will publish and list the last 6 digits of Changi Rewards account number of all Winners available under the 'Leaderboard' tab on [link]. 

3.4 All Winners will be selected and notified by email within thirty (30) calendar days following the end of the Promotion Period, or such other later date as may be determined by CAG and/or notified at the following [link]. 

3.5  Winners must respond to the notification in writing by email within seven (7) calendar days of notification, failing which the Prize shall be forfeited. Prizes must be claimed in accordance with the instructions provided by CAG, which shall be determined in CAG’s sole and absolute discretion.

3.6  In relation to the Prizes:  
        a. Prizes won cannot be re-sold or used for any commercial gain;

3.7  Failure to respond to any notification from CAG in relation to any Prizes won, to take the necessary steps to claim and redeem the Prizes, or to provide any information or materials required for the claim/redemption/collection of any Prizes, at all times in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, shall be deemed a failure to claim/redeem/collect such Prizes. Prizes must be collected as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use the Prizes. CAG reserves the right to donate any unclaimed or unredeemed Prizes to such charities of its choice or replace the Winner with another Participant;

3.8  Winners whose Prizes are used, unclaimed/unredeemed, or forfeited hereunder shall not be entitled to any form of payment or compensation;

3.9  Winners must provide proof of identity, age, residency, and any other documents CAG reasonably requires. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the Prize;

3.10  All Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. CAG reserves the right to substitute Prizes without prior notice;

3.11  CAG shall not be liable to compensate any Winner(s) if they are unable or fail to use the Prize, whether due to loss, deletion, or technical errors or any other reason whatsoever. CAG makes no representations, warranties or undertakings whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to the Prizes; 

3.12  CAG shall not be responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person, and/or damage to property, arising from and/or in connection with the participation in the Shopping Promotion, or redemption and/or use of the Prizes; and

3.13  CAG reserves the right to deny or claw back any Prize awarded to any Participant should any of them be subsequently found to be disqualified or ineligible to participate in the Shopping Promotion or be found to have breached these Terms and Conditions. CAG’s determination on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained.
 

4. PERSONAL DATA

4.1  The conduct and administration of the Shopping Promotion may require the collection, use, disclosure or other processing of a Participant’s personal data, such as that Participant’s Changi Account membership ID, email and phone number. By participating in the Shopping Promotion, (a) each Participant agrees that CAG may use their personal data that they have provided to CAG or that CAG holds about them, and disclose same to CAG’s third party service providers, for the purposes of conducting and administering the Shopping Promotion, including but not limited to communicating with the Participant in relation to the Shopping Promotion, facilitating the selection and notification of Winners,  the issuing and redemption of the Prizes, and any other relevant administrative matters before, during and after the Shopping Promotion; and (b) each Participant consents to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of the personal data they have provided to CAG or that CAG holds about them, in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html). If that Participant provides information about any individual other than themselves, that Participant represents and warrants that they have valid authority and consent from the other individual(s) to do so, and they have ensured that the other individual(s) understands how such information will be used. That Participant also represents and warrants that the information they provide is complete and accurate, and CAG shall not be held liable and shall be fully indemnified by the Participant for any incorrect or inaccurate personal data provided.


5. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

5.1  To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, damage, cost and expense, or loss or profits, arising out of or in connection with the Shopping Promotion.

5.2  Participants agree that they will indemnify and hold harmless CAG, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors (each an “Indemnified Party”) from and against all claims, demands, chose in action, judgments, suits, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties, legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis and including solicitor and client costs) and all other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or in connection with the Shopping Promotion.
 

6. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

6.1  CAG reserves the right to:

      a. refuse the participation of any person in the Shopping Promotion and/or disqualify any Participant of the Shopping Promotion for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unsafe or unruly behavior that may result in harm or damage to that person or any other person; and

      b. change or vary these Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion and these Terms and Conditions is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.

6.2  CAG makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions or as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of any content or information regarding the Shopping Promotion contained on its official website, or on any Shopping Promotion-related collaterals/materials. All information is accurate at time of print/publishing. CAG shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction, damages, loss, injury or inconvenience arising from the materials published or printed in relation to the Shopping Promotion.

6.3  CAG reserves the right to amend, modify or delete any content and information regarding the Shopping Promotion on its official website or on Shopping Promotion-related collaterals/materials, to correct any errors in any notified Shopping Promotion mechanics, or evaluate the Shopping Promotion submissions. Any such changes shall be effective and binding once it has been updated on CAG’s official website. CAG accepts no liabilities arising from or in connection with these corrections or amendments, including without limitation any liabilities resulting from the correction. 

6.4  In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to a Shopping Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

6.5  These Terms and Conditions may be translated into another language other than English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any other translation hereof, the English language version shall prevail.

6.6  All decisions made by CAG regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions or on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion shall be final and conclusive in each case.

6.7  CAG reserves the right to cancel the Shopping Promotion.

6.8  Participants acknowledge that the Shopping Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the social media site or platform on which it is hosted. 

6.9  These Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001. 

6.10  These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of Singapore.
