1. Acceptance Of Terms And Conditions
1.1. By participating in the “Changi Rewards Staff Programme Top Spender Contest – September 2025” Campaign (the “Campaign”), each Participant confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions set out herein, including any other requirements set out in any Campaign-related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications thereto as may be made from time to time (the “Terms and Conditions”).
1.2. This Campaign is organised and administered by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”).
1.3. As a condition of entry into the Campaign, each Participant affirms and represents that he/she is 18 years of age and older and agrees to be bound in all respects by these Terms and Conditions. If a Participant is below 18 years old, he/she must and will be deemed to have in any event, obtained consent from his parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and their agreement to take responsibility for his/her acts and omissions in connection with his/her entry into this Campaign and/or use of the Prize(s), as the case may be.
2. Campaign Eligibility Criteria
2.1. This Campaign is open to participants who:
a) are aged 18 years and above (as at the date of their participating in the Campaign);
b) are verified staff members (with ‘Staff’ logo on Changi Rewards card) at any point during the Campaign Period and at the time the winners are announced: and
c) are not persons within the Excluded Categories,
(each a “Participant” and collectively the “Participants”).
2.2. “Excluded Categories” refer to:
a) any person who is or becomes insane, deceased, insolvent or is the subject of a criminal investigation, or has criminal proceedings instituted against him/her in any jurisdiction (at the time of entry and/or the draw);
b) any person whose participation in and/or association with the Campaign may cause (in the sole and absolute opinion of CAG) and/or the Campaign, any disrepute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or cause CAG and/or the Campaign to be perceived unfavourably;
c) any person who was not notified of the Campaign via email and SMS during the Campaign Period; and
d) any other person or class of persons deemed ineligible or notified by CAG as being ineligible from time to time.
2.3. CAG reserves the right (in its sole and absolute discretion) to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Campaign, and CAG may at any time during the Campaign disqualify any person from participating in the Campaign without providing any reason if it determines that such person does not meet the eligibility criteria above.
3. Campaign Mechanics And Conditions Of Participation
3.1. The Campaign shall commence from 01 September 2025 (0000hrs, Singapore Time) and end on 30 September 2025 (2359hrs, Singapore Time) (the “Campaign Period”).
3.2. To take part in the Campaign, Participants must make at least one Qualifying Spend at Participating Outlets during the Campaign Period. For the Qualifying Spend to be recognised and recorded, Participants must:
a) for in-store purchases, scan their Changi Rewards card prior to payment; and
b) for iShopChangi purchases, log into their Changi Rewards account at the time of purchase.
3.3. Qualifying Spend
a) “Qualifying Spend” refers to nett spend in a single receipt, during the Campaign Period, at any of the Participating Outlets.
b) “Participating Outlets” refer to:-
(i) iShopChangi website at www.ishopchangi.com ("iShopChangi");
(ii) dining and retail outlets at Singapore Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3 or 4 (the “Terminals”).
c) For all Qualifying Spend made across all platforms, the nett amount spent by the Participant after any discounts, reductions and/or vouchers shall be taken. For the avoidance of doubt, the following amounts shall be excluded from all Qualifying Spend: -
(i) amounts paid using vouchers (whether physical or electronic vouchers, and including but not limited to Changi e-Vouchers, Changi e-Voucher Flexi, Changi e-Voucher card);
(ii) amounts offset using Changi Rewards points;
(iii) amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco and/or tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, any tobacco derivative or substitute, any mixture containing any form of tobacco or a tobacco derivative or tobacco substitute); and
(iv) all amounts arising from or related to purchases and/or transactions made at service outlets and at the following outlets at Singapore Changi Airport:
- Banks
- Money changing facilities
- Medical clinics
- Top-up card machines
- Postal services & Post-on-Wheels
- Lounges (Bank / Airline / Ambassador / Pay-per-use lounges)
- Transit Hotels
- Hotel reservation counters
- Airport shuttle and transportation counters
- Car Rental
- Passenger meeting services counters
- Changi Recommends Foreign Exchange services and online purchases
- Left luggage service counters
- Telecommunication outlets and service counters (e.g. M1)
- Temporary outposts
- Crowne Plaza Hotel and YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport (including all retail, F&B or service within the hotels premises)
- Tour and travel services
The list of excluded outlets from the Campaign is subject to change by CAG at its discretion without prior notice.
3.4. The following transactions are ineligible for the purposes of the Campaign:
a) Transactions that are not completed (orders with incomplete payments, including those with pending payments or declined credit card transactions), cancelled, fully or partially refunded, or otherwise reversed. CAG reserves the right to disqualify any transactions or participants suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of the Campaign’s Terms and Conditions.
b) Transactions where the Changi Rewards card was not scanned before payment for in-store purchases, and iShopChangi purchases made without logging into the Changi Rewards account.
4. PRIZE(S)
4.1. After the end of the Campaign Period, CAG will determine the winners of the Campaign (“Winners”), which will be the twenty (20) Participants with the highest accumulated Qualifying Spend. In the event of a tie in accumulated Qualifying Spend, Participants will be ranked according to the timestamp at which they first reached the tied amount, with earlier timestamps receiving the higher ranking.
4.2. The following prizes have been allocated for the Campaign (each a “Prize”, collectively the “Prizes”):

Each winner will receive one (1) pair of Category 1 concert tickets for the BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR <DEADLINE>
IN SINGAPORE concert on 29 November 2025 or 30 November 2025 (“Concert”).

Each winner will receive one (1) pair of Category 3 Concert tickets. The Concert tickets will be in the form of “E-tickets”.

4.3. CAG will publish and list the last 6digits of Changi Rewards account number of all Winners available under the 'Leaderboard' tab.
4.4. All Prize Winner(s) will be selected and notified thirty (30) days following the end of the Campaign Period, or such other later date as may be determined by CAG and/or notified on the above webpage.
4.5. Winners will be notified in writing by email. CAG may, at its discretion, also notify winners via telephone. Winners will be notified in writing by email. Prize Winners must respond to the notification and claim their Prize in writing by email within seven (7) calendar days of notification, failing which the Prize shall be forfeited. Prizes must be claimed as instructed by CAG, which reserves the right to amend such may change these requirements at its sole and absolute discretion.
4.6. BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR <DEADLINE> IN SINGAPORE Concert tickets prizes:
a) The Concert tickets will be in the form of “E-tickets”.
b) Winners of the Concert tickets will be notified in writing by email and sent an acknowledgment letter according to their contact details provided to CAG. CAG may also notify winners via telephone but is not obliged to do so.
c) Winners must sign and return the acknowledgment letter within three (3) calendar days of notification, failing which they will be disqualified, and CAG reserves the right to award the Prize to the next top spender.
d) All Concert E-tickets won cannot be re-sold or used for any commercial gain, otherwise the tickets will be voided.
e) Failure to respond to any notification from CAG in relation to any Concert E-tickets won, to take the necessary steps to claim and redeem the Concert E-tickets, or to provide any information or materials required for the claim/redemption/collection of any Concert E-tickets, shall be deemed a failure claim/redeem/collect such Concert E-tickets. Concert E-tickets must be collected as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use the Concert E-tickets. CAG reserves the right to donate any unclaimed or unredeemed prizes to such charities of its choice or replace the Winner with another Participant.
4.7. Winners whose Prizes are used, unclaimed/unredeemed, or forfeited hereunder shall not be entitled to any form of payment or compensation.
4.8. Winners must provide proof of identity, age, residency, and any other documents CAG reasonably requires. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the Prize.
4.9. All Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. CAG reserves the right to substitute Prizes without prior notice.
4.10. CAG shall not be liable to compensate any Winner(s) if they are unable or fail to use the Prize, whether due to loss, deletion, or technical errors or any other reason whatsoever. CAG makes no representations, warranties or undertakings whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to the Prizes.
4.11. CAG shall not be responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person, and/or damage to property, arising from and/or in connection with the participation in the Campaign, or redemption and/or use of the Prizes.
4.12. CAG reserves the right to deny or claw back any Prize awarded to any Participant should any of them be subsequently found to be disqualified or ineligible to participate in the Campaign or be found to have breached these Terms and Conditions. CAG’s determination on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained.
5. PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The conduct and administration of the Campaign may require the collection, use, disclosure or other processing of a Participant’s personal data, such as that Participant’s Changi Account membership ID. By participating in the Campaign, (a) each Participant agrees that CAG may use their personal data that they have provided to CAG or that CAG holds about them, and disclose same to CAG’s third party service providers, for the purposes of conducting and administering the Campaign, including but not limited to communicating with the Participant in relation to the Campaign, facilitating the selection and notification of Winners, the issuing and redemption of the Prizes, and any other relevant administrative matters before, during and after the Campaign; and (b) each Participant consents to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of the personal data they have provided to CAG or that CAG holds about them, in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy. If that Participant provides information about any individual other than themselves, that Participant represents and warrants that they have valid authority and consent from the other individual(s) to do so, and they have ensured that the other individual(s) understands how such information will be used. That Participant also represents and warrants that the information they provide is complete and accurate, and CAG shall not be held liable and shall be fully indemnified by the Participant for any incorrect or inaccurate personal data provided.
6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, damage, cost and expense, or loss or profits, arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.
6.2. The Concert E-tickets are issued by Ticketmaster Singapore. If any winner faces any issue in relation to the use of the Concert E-tickets, he/she shall resolve it directly with Ticketmaster Singapore. CAG shall not be held liable or responsible for any disputes that Participants may have with Ticketmaster Singapore or any other third parties, or any issue that Participants may have, regarding the use of the E-tickets to the Concert.
6.3. Participants agree that they will indemnify and hold harmless CAG, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors (each an “Indemnified Party”) from and against all claims, demands, chose in action, judgments, suits, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties, legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis and including solicitor and client costs) and all other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.
7. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
7.1. CAG reserves the right to:
a) refuses the participation of any person in the Campaign and/or disqualify any Participant of the Campaign for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unsafe or unruly behavior that may result in harm or damage to that person or any other person; and
b) change or vary these Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign and these Terms and Conditions is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.
7.2. CAG makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions or as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of any content or information regarding the Campaign contained on its official website, or on any Campaign-related collaterals/materials. All information is accurate at time of print/publishing. CAG shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction, damages, loss, injury or inconvenience arising from the materials published or printed in relation to the Campaign.
7.3. CAG reserves the right to amend, modify or delete any content and information regarding the Campaign on its official website or on Campaign-related collaterals/materials, to correct any errors in any notified Campaign mechanics, or evaluate the Campaign submissions. Any such changes shall be effective and binding once it has been updated on CAG’s official website. CAG accepts no liabilities arising from or in connection with these corrections or amendments, including without limitation any liabilities resulting from the correction.
7.4. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to a Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
7.5. These Terms and Conditions may be translated into another language other than English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any other translation hereof, the English language version shall prevail.
7.6. All decisions made by CAG regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions or on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive in each case.
7.7. CAG reserves the right to cancel the Campaign.
7.8. Participants acknowledge that the Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the social media site or platform on which it is hosted.
7.9. These Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.
7.10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of Singapore.
