TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CAG BYO TURNING GREEN ACTIONS INTO REWARDS PROMOTION

1. This Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”).

2. By participating in this Promotion, all participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions and all amendments, additions, replacements, and modifications hereto as may be made from time to time.

3. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, this Promotion is applicable for qualifying spend made at participating F&B outlets located within Public and Transit Area and the Promotion must be redeemed from 15 July 2025 07:00 hrs (SGT) to 15 October 2025 23:59 hrs (SGT), or while redemption quotas are available, whichever is earlier (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

4. This campaign is applicable to anyone who uses Changi Pay as a payment mode.

5. To qualify for the Promotion, the Participant must

a. Meet minimum nett spend of $5 in a single receipt (exclude any use of vouchers) to receive S$0.50 Changi Pay e-Voucher;
b. Bring their own reusable cup or takeaway food container;

6. The Changi Pay e-Vouchers will be automatically credited to the Participant’s Changi Pay digital wallet account upon meeting the criteria in Clause 5.

7. Limit of one (1) voucher per transaction, regardless of the number of BYO cups or takeaway food containers presented.

8. All payments are to be made via Changi Pay only. Splitting of receipts for multiple redemptions is not permitted.

9. Applicable only for purchases made at the POS counters of participating outlets and does not apply to purchases made at Self-Ordering Kiosks.

10. This Promotion is limited to the first 40,000 eligible transactions[WW1] , with a cap of 3 transactions per user per day. The e-Vouchers will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis.

11. Changi Pay e-Vouchers can be used for purchases at participating outlets at Changi Airport Terminals (both Transit and Public Area, excluding Jewel Changi Airport) and iShopChangi.com. Participants must apply the e-Voucher before payment is processed via Changi Pay. 12. All Changi Pay e-Vouchers must be redeemed within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Changi Pay e-Vouchers. Unredeemed Changi Pay e-Vouchers shall expire and be deemed forfeited, and there shall be strictly no extensions, refunds, or replacement given. CAG will not entertain any appeal whatsoever.

13. The Promotion and Changi Pay e-Vouchers (or any part thereof, including unutilized portion) are strictly non-stackable with any other Promotions, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credits, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. The e-Vouchers are subject to such further terms and conditions as may be stipulated on the e-Vouchers. CAG reserves the right to replace or change the e-Vouchers without prior notice.

14. CAG shall not be responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property, arising from and/or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Promotion, or the Participant’s redemption and/or use of the gifts and e-Vouchers.

15. CAG’s determination on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained.

16. All Participants whose e-Vouchers have been unredeemed or forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.

17. In the event of any dispute or complaint related to the Promotion, the Participant shall contact enquiry@changiairport.com within 7 days of the issue arising. CAG reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes and complaints.

18. All payment services relating to the use of Changi Pay are provided by Liquid Group Pte Ltd (“Liquid”). CAG is marketing the aforesaid payment services on behalf of Liquid. Liquid is the holder of Major Payment Institution licenses for account issuance, domestic money transfer, cross-border money transfer, merchant acquisition and e-money issuance under the Payment Services Act.

19. CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, and each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Promotion.

20. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

21. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

22. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all Participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.

23. CAG makes no representations, warranties or undertakings whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to this promotion.

24. Participation in the promotion involves the processing of participants’ personal data, including full name and email address. CAG may use this data for purposes related to the promotion, such as optimizing operations and services, providing personalized experiences, conducting statistical analysis, and improving the products and services offered by CAG (the "Relevant Purposes"). Additionally, CAG may share personal data with its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, or agents for these purposes. By participating, you consent to CAG’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html)
