You minimally need a confirmed arrival flight into Singapore to book the service.

Yes, you can make amendments to your booking via your booking platform i.e. Klook. 

However, do note that any amendment or cancellation is subject to the cancellation and amendment policy stated at the time of booking.

No, you can proceed through immigration without collecting your luggage.
