Refunds are only provided if you cancel at least three days prior to your booking, any cancellations made after will not be eligible for a refund.
For passengers arriving at Changi Airport, please choose a shuttle time based on your flight's estimated time of arrival plus 45 minutes to allow sufficient time for immigration and security clearance.
