LEBARAN 2026 CAMPAIGN - CARI THR DI CHANGI AIRPORT (THE “PROMOTION”) 

1. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

1.1.  This Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”).

1.2.  By participating in this Promotion, all Participants (as defined below) shall be bound by the following terms and conditions, as well as any other requirements, instructions, FAQs, mechanics, redemption or collection details, publicity materials, or other information published or made available by CAG in connection with the Shopping Promotion, whether within retail premises, online platforms, or other official CAG channels, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto, which may be made from time to time in CAG’s sole and absolute discretion.

1.3.  The Promotion is open to all Indonesian travellers (each a “Participant”) who engage with CAG’s “@changiairport.id” Instagram account via the Direct Message Chatbot (the “Instagram Chatbot”). 

1.4.  This Promotion shall run from 23 February 2026, 0001 hours (SGT) to 6 April 2026, 2359 hours (SGT) (the “Promotion Period”), unless otherwise stated under each Participating Stores' Offer Terms. 

1.5.  The Promotion is applicable only at selected participating stores (“Participating Stores”) and for selected product categories. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions, promotions under this Promotion cannot be combined, or used in conjunction, with other existing promotions. 

1.6.  CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final, conclusive and binding on all Participants. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice. 

1.7.  These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the terms for each Offer (the “Offer Terms”), as may be published by the  Instagram Chatbot. In the event of any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and the Offer Terms, the Offer Terms shall take precedence.

2. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS

2.1.  This Promotion offers the gifts, discounts and/or benefits from the following Participating Stores:

The specific promotion details, mechanics, and applicable Offer Terms from each Participating Store will be disclosed to the Participant, upon successful submission of a valid code found in the campaign video to the @changiairport.id Instagram DM Chatbot. 

2.2.  In addition to any Offer Terms, when redeeming an Offer the Participant shall:

a.  Present the relevant Offer promotion message from the Instagram DM Chatbot at the Participating Store; 

b.  Reply to the Instagram Chatbot with the respective codes to confirm the redemption; and

c.  Be limited to one redemption per Instagram user account.

2.3.  In relation to any minimum spends required for this Promotion:

a.  All minimum spends indicated must be met in a single receipt;

b.  Amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute) will not be counted towards the minimum spends required for the redemption of gifts, discounts or benefits; and 

c.  Any deduction, offset or payments using any vouchers, reward points, loyalty credits or other non-cash instruments will not be counted towards the minimum spends required for the redemption of gifts, discounts or benefits.

2.4.  In relation to any redemption of gifts, benefits and/or discounts from iShopChangi, the following terms shall apply: 

a.  Gifts, benefits and/or discounts offered under this Shopping Promotion shall be redeemable for purchases made on www.ishopchangi.com via the promo code (“Promo Code”) issued to Participants;

b.  Gifts, benefits and/or discounts offered under this Shopping Promotion will only be applied with the submission at check-out of the Promo Code;

c.  The promotion period is between 23 February 2026 (0000hrs, Singapore time) to 30 April 2026 (2359hrs, Singapore time), both dates inclusive, and issued on a while stocks last basis;

d.  The iShopChangi promo code is valid for three (3) redemptions per Participant, with no minimum spend on iShopChangi.com, while stocks last. Discount is capped at maximum S$50 for each transaction; 

e.  All promotion codes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable for cash or any other cash equivalents;

f.  All promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, unless otherwise provided;

g.  Once a Promo Code is redeemed, it shall not be re-issued in the event that the order is refunded, returned or cancelled; and

h.  Unless stated otherwise, all promotional codes does not apply to selected products/brands; refer to the full list of exclusions here;

i.  For non-travellers and arrival travellers, GST and duty are absorbed by selected retailers;

j.  Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”) reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time, or to amend, vary or delete any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice;

k.  CAG’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion will be final and binding on all participants;

l.  Prices are subjected to changes without prior notice

3. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

3.1.  All products, services, vouchers, discounts, gifts-with-purchases and other benefits under this Promotion are provided by the respective Participating Stores and are subject to their availability and, where applicable, additional terms and conditions. CAG makes no warranties or representations as to the availability, quality, or suitability of any products, services, vouchers, discounts, gifts-with purchases or other benefits supplied under this Promotion. 

3.2.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable for, and each Participant agrees to release CAG and hold harmless from, any claim, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with any: 

a.   failure or delay in performance by a Participating Store; 

b.   stock unavailability, product defects, or service issues; 

c.   misuse or improper redemption of vouchers, discounts or gifts; or 

d.   error or malfunction of POS systems, payment networks or third-party applications. 

3.3.  These terms and conditions may be translated into other languages for reference. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail and govern. 

3.4.  These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all Participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto. 

4. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY 

4.1.  By participating in the Shopping Promotion, each Participant consents to CAG collecting, using, disclosing, storing, and otherwise processing their personal data (including their full names, boarding pass details, and contact information) for the purposes of: 

 a. Administering and managing the Shopping Promotion;  

b. Verifying eligibility and processing redemptions; 

c. Personalising services and communications through Changi Airport platforms to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable; and 

d. Conducting statistical analysis in order to improve CAG’s products and services. (Clause 4.1(a) to (d) above collectively, the “Relevant Purposes”) 

e. Participants agree and acknowledge that CAG may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents (including those located outside Singapore) for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in the Shopping Promotion, participants consent to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html).  

5. MISCELLANEOUS

5.1.  CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice. CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final, conclusive and binding on all participants.

5.2.  CAG shall not be liable for any damage, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Promotion.

5.3.  In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

5.4.  No failure or delay by CAG in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of the same preclude any further exercise of such right, power or remedy.

5.5.  If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5.6.  A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any provision herein.

5.7.  CAG may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without the consent of the Participants. Participants may not assign or transfer any of their rights or obligations hereunder.

5.8.  These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages for reference. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail and govern.

5.9.  These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.
