Return Vouchers are valid at Lotte Duty Free (excluding Tobacco and selected Liqour brands) and The Shilla Duty Free (excluding selected brands), in Changi Airport Terminals 1 and Terminal 3 departure transit area.

*The lists of participating outlets in the Promotion is subject to change by CAG at its absolute discretion without prior notice.

To be eligible for this Shopping Promotion, shoppers must meet the following minimum qualifying spend tiers.
 

The participant must be a departing passenger who made a purchase in one of the participating transit retail shop in T1 or T3 to be eligible to redeem the following based on the following spending tiers for POS transaction from 1am to 6am:

With a minimum of S$1,888 spend in a single receipt, customer will receive;
(1) One S$80 discount voucher*;
 

With a minimum of S$2,888 spend in a single receipt, customer will receive;
(2) One S$80 discount voucher* and one S$40 discount voucher; or
 

With a minimum of S$6,888 spend in a single receipt, customer will receive;
(3) One S$80 discount voucher, one S$40 discount voucher and one S$160 discount voucher*
 

 a) Return Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or any other cash equivalents.

 b) Each Return Voucher can only be applied to 1 receipt at the relevant Participating Store.

 c) Redeeming multiple Return Vouchers on a single receipt is permitted.

 d) Once a Return Voucher is redeemed, it shall not be re-issued in the event that the order is refunded, returned or cancelled. For illustration purposes: if the Participant receives a refund on the purchase on which the Return Voucher was applied, the Return Voucher shall be deemed as redeemed and will not be refunded, replaced or re-issued. In addition, if any qualifying purchase is refunded, returned or cancelled, CAG reserves the right to claw back any benefit received, including any vouchers or gifts.

The Return Vouchers are valid at Lotte Duty Free (excluding Tobacco and selected Liqour brands) and The Shilla Duty Free (excluding selected brands), in Changi Airport Terminals 1 and Terminal 3 departure transit area.

*All Discount vouchers have no minimum spend and can be stacked with existing in-store promotions and must be redeemed latest by 1 March 2026, 2359 hours.

a) Tier 1 (with minimum of $1,888): Maximum of 500 redemptions

b) Tier 1 (with minimum of $2,888): Maximum of 200 redemptions

c) Tier 1 (with minimum of $6,888): Maximum of 50 redemptions

By participating in the Shopping Promotion, each Participant consents to CAG collecting, using, disclosing, storing, and otherwise processing their personal data (including their full names, boarding pass details, and contact information) for the purposes of:

                a) administering and managing the Shopping Promotion; 
                b) verifying eligibility and processing redemptions;
                c) Personalising services and communications through Changi Airport platforms to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable; and
                d) Conducting statistical analysis in order to improve CAG’s products and services. (Clause 4.1(a) to (d) above collectively, the “Relevant Purposes”)
                e) Participants agree and acknowledge that CAG may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents (including those located outside Singapore) for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in the Shopping Promotion, participants consent to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html). 

a) All shoppers who meet the minimum spending requirement in the transit areas (excluding Jewel Changi Airport) are eligible to participate.

b) This promotion is only valid for participating outlets.

c) In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Shopping Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

d) No failure or delay by CAG in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of the same preclude any further exercise of such right, power or remedy.

e) If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

f) A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any provision herein.

g) CAG may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without the consent of the Participants. Participants may not assign or transfer any of their rights or obligations hereunder.

h) These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages for reference. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail and govern.

i) These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.
