How to use this feature
Our Baggage Arrival Information on WhatsApp is a trial service that lets passengers conveniently track their flight's checked luggage in real-time upon landing at Changi Airport.
This service is currently unavailable for transfer passengers. We are working to make it available to them in the future.
If the last bag notification is displayed on the baggage belt TV screens and your bags have not been presented, please proceed to the Lost & Found counters for further assistance.
Baggage Arrival Information on WhatsApp primarily caters to passengers who do not have the Changi App.
Baggage Arrival Information on WhatsApp provides checked luggage details on a flight level while the Changi App’s Baggage Tracker allows passengers to track their bags on an individual level.
