Participants must be physically present at the trail locations to complete each task.
Visitors will use their own mobile devices with a registered WhatsApp account to scan the Football Champions Trail logo located in the T3 public areas. Once the QR code is scanned, visitors will receive a link via WhatsApp to start the trail. No external app downloads are required; the trail uses a web browser for participation.
You can win instant tenant vouchers for completed task, plus a free entry ticket to the Bouncing Net at Jewel Changi Airport (worth S$24.90) when you complete all 10 challenges.

- Instant rewards are valid for redemption within 24 hours. Once expired, visitors can replay the game to earn a fresh set of rewards.
- Redemption of the complimentary Bouncing Net ticket is capped at a maximum of five (5) tickets per visitor throughout the entire campaign period.
- All instant rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective participating tenants.
- Upon completing all tasks, visitors can proceed to the Customer Service Counter to collect a promo code for one (1) complimentary Bouncing Net ticket at Jewel Changi Airport. Note: The Customer Service Counter is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
- Redemption of the complimentary Bouncing Net ticket is exclusive to Changi Rewards members. To claim the ticket, visitors must hold a valid Changi Rewards account within the Changi App.
- The validity of the Complimentary Bouncing Net Tickets is till 31 July 2026 only. Do note that extension of the validity period is not allowed.
- All instant rewards and Complimentary Bouncing Net Tickets redeemed are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You may start from any participating location and complete the trail in any order within the time limit.
Each visitor is limited to one trail participation per day. Visitors have a 4-hour window to complete the trail, and the session will restart if it exceeds this 4-hour play limit.
Each participant may participate in the activity once per day per registered mobile number.
No, you do not need to follow a fixed sequence. You may start from any participating location and complete the tasks in any order within the time limit.
Yes, participants must be physically present at the participating locations within Changi Airport Terminal 3. QR codes at designated trail locations need to be scanned on-site to trigger each task and qualify for rewards.
By participating in the promotion, shoppers will be deemed to have read and understood these rules are to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacement, and modifications as may be from time to time.
- The Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("CAG”).
- This promotion is valid for registered Changi Rewards members only from 11 June 2026 to 20 July 2026.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Shopping Promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Shopping Promotion.

- Participation is open to all individuals physically present at Changi Airport Terminal 3 during the event period, unless otherwise stated.
- Participants must register on-site by scanning the QR code at designated trail locations and providing a valid mobile number. The mobile number must be linked to an active WhatsApp account.
- The activity involves visiting participating locations and tenant outlets within Changi Airport Terminal 3 and completing simple on-site tasks. Tasks are triggered only upon scanning the QR code at designated trail locations.
- Participants may start from any participating location and complete tasks in any order within a 4-hour time limit from the time of registration.
- If the 4-hour time limit is exceeded, participants will be required to restart the trail from the beginning.
- Each mobile number is entitled to participate once per day only.
- Instant prizes are subject to availability and awarded upon successful completion of tasks at designated locations.
- Participants who complete all tasks will be eligible for a final reward, subject to verification.
- All activities must be completed physically on-site at participating locations within Changi Airport Terminal 3. Remote participation is not allowed.
- QR codes must be scanned on-site at designated trail locations to activate each task. Any attempt to bypass or replicate QR codes may result in disqualification.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the activity or its mechanics without prior notice. All decisions made by the organiser are final.
