• The promotions described in these Terms and Conditions (“Promotions”, each a “Promotion”) are being offered to you as an exhibition participant of the “T5 In The Making” exhibition co-organised by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and shall be governed by the Changi Account Terms and Conditions (“Changi Account Terms”) and these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). In the event of an inconsistency between the Changi Account Terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. 

• CAG reserves the right to terminate the Promotions at any time or to amend, vary or delete any of these Terms from time to time without notice.

• By participating in the Promotions, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with these Terms, including any amendments, modifications and variations hereto which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant upon notification and/or publication by CAG.  

• CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with these Promotions, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG arising from and in connection with the Promotions.  

• CAG makes no representations, warranties or undertakings whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to these Promotions.

• CAG’s decision on all matters relating to these Promotions will be final and binding on all participants.  

• These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all participants hereby accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.

• Participation in the Promotions may require the processing of participants’ personal data, including full name and email address. CAG may use participants’ personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotions, matching personal data collected through these Promotions with other data CAG holds about the participant to optimise operations and services offered to participants through the Promotions and other platforms such as providing relevant and personalised consent designed to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable, statistical analysis, and improving the products and services that the CAG group offers (the “Relevant Purposes”). CAG may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in these Promotions, participants consent to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy.

• Each participant represents and warrants that any personal data the participant discloses to CAG is complete and accurate. Without prejudice to the other indemnity provisions within these Terms, each participant shall fully indemnify CAG against any loss or damage that may result from his or her breach of this Clause.

Promotion: 1-for-1 tickets by flashing exhibition ticket (2nd ticket would be of equal or lower value). First 200 sets will get the free pins.

Terms and Conditions:

• Please present the Terminal 5 exhibition boarding pass at the Changi Experience Studio's ticketing counter (L4, Jewel Changi Airport) to enjoy the promotion.

• 1-for-1 ticket promotion is applicable to both Standard and Local Rate tickets only.

• The Terminal 5 exhibition boarding pass can be used to redeem ONE set of promotion ticket to Changi Experience Studio.

• The complimentary ticket shall be either of the same price or a lower price class than the paid ticket.
