1. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

1.1 This Shopping Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”). 

1.2 This Shopping Promotion shall run from 28 January 2026, 00:00 hours (SGT) on to 8 March 2026, 23:59 hours (SGT) (the “Promotion Period”).

1.3 The Shopping Promotion is open to all passengers arriving or departing from Changi Airport with a valid boarding pass within the Promotion Period (“Participants”), save that Participants must be at least 18 years of age to redeem promotions involving liquor or other age-restricted purchases. Proof of age may be required at the point of purchase.

1.4 A Participant confirms their participation in the Shopping Promotion by making a qualifying purchase at a Participating Store during the Promotion Period.

1.5 By participating in this Shopping Promotion, all Participants shall be bound by the following terms and conditions and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may be made from time to time in CAG’s sole and absolute discretion.

1.6 CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion are final, conclusive and binding on all Participants. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Shopping Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

2. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS 

2.1 This Shopping Promotion offers the following gifts, discounts and benefits:

              *  All minimum spends indicated above must be met in a single receipt

2.2 The Shopping Promotion is applicable only at selected Participating Retail Stores and for selected Product Categories, and cannot be combined with other existing promotions.  The full list of Participating Retail Stores and Product Categories for this Shopping Promotion are as set out below:

2.3 Each Participant is eligible to receive up to a maximum of 3 Return Vouchers from The Shilla Duty Free, (each a “Return Voucher”). The following terms shall apply in respect of the redemption of Return Vouchers: 

a. All Return Vouchers are redeemable upon the Participants’ return visit to the relevant Participating Store, with no minimum spend;

b. Return Vouchers issued by The Shilla Duty Free are valid until 8 March 2026 respectively, or such other date as may be indicated on the Return Vouchers;

c. Return Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or any other cash equivalents;

d. Each Return Voucher can only be applied to 1 receipt at the relevant Participating Store;

e. Redeeming multiple Return Vouchers on a single receipt is not permitted;

f. The following brands are excluded from the redemption of the Return Vouchers:

i. Return Vouchers issued by The Shilla Duty Free is not redeemable at Chanel or Dior stores, or on the Shilla GWP Promotion;

g. Return Vouchers are not redeemable on any amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute);

h. All purchases within the transit areas at Changi Airport require a valid boarding pass to verify eligibility for GST-exemption; and

i. Return Vouchers must be presented with the original receipt of the first purchase at the point of payment. 

2.4 Once a Return Voucher is redeemed, it shall not be re-issued in the event that the order is refunded, returned or cancelled. For illustration purposes: if the Participant receives a refund on the purchase on which the Return Voucher was applied, the Return Voucher shall be deemed as redeemed and will not be refunded, replaced or re-issued. In addition, if any qualifying purchase is refunded, returned or cancelled, CAG reserves the right to claw back any benefit received, including any vouchers or gifts.

2.5 The Shilla GWP Promotion is valid with a minimum spend of S$188 in a single receipt at The Shilla Duty Free and The Shilla PWP Promotion is valid with any purchase in-store

2.6 The Shilla Payment Partner Promotion is not applicable to receipts where the S$50 return voucher has been used.

2.7 The Lotte Sure-Win Promotion is valid with a minimum spend of S$288 in a single receipt at Lotte Duty Free. Each Participant is entitled to receive one (1) chance per qualifying receipt. The vouchers received as part of the Sure-Win Promotion are not redeemable on any amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute and for products below S$10.

2.8 The Lotte Payment Partner Promotion is not redeemable on any amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute and the following excluded brands/products: The Macallan, Yamazaki, Louis XIII, Hakushu Distiller’s Reserve, Hibiki Harmony Master’s Select Special Edition, Hibiki Harmony Master’s Select and World of Wines & Spirits products.

2.9 The S$20 Off Discount Promotion may be redeemed multiple times in Participating Stores; however, each qualifying receipt is limited to one (1) redemption. For illustration purposes: if the Participant spends S$360 in a single receipt, the S$20 discount shall only be applied once.

3. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

3.1 All vouchers, discounts, gifts-with-purchases and other benefits under this Shopping Promotion are provided by the respective Participating Stores and payment partners and are subject to their availability and, where applicable, additional terms and conditions. CAG makes no warranties or representations as to the availability, quality, or suitability of any products, services, vouchers, discounts, gifts-with-purchases or other benefits supplied under this Shopping Promotion.

3.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable for, and each Participant agrees to release CAG and hold harmless from, any claim, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with any:

a. failure or delay in performance by a Participating Store or payment partner;

b. stock unavailability, product defects, or service issues;

c. misuse or improper redemption of vouchers, discounts or gifts; or

d. error or malfunction of POS systems, payment networks or third-party applications.

CAG and Participating Stores reserve the right, but shall not be obliged, to substitute any gift or voucher with another item of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability, without prior notice or liability.

3.3 CAG makes no representations, warranties or undertakings whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to this Shopping Promotion.

4. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

4.1 By participating in the Shopping Promotion, each Participant consents to CAG collecting, using, disclosing, storing, and otherwise processing their personal data (including their full names, boarding pass details, and contact information) for the purposes of:

a. administering and managing the Shopping Promotion; 

b. Verifying eligibility and processing redemptions;

c. Personalising services and communications through Changi Airport platforms to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable; and

d. Conducting statistical analysis in order to improve CAG’s products and services. (Clause 4.1(a) to (d) above collectively, the “Relevant Purposes”)

e. Participants agree and acknowledge that CAG may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents (including those located outside Singapore) for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in the Shopping Promotion, participants consent to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html). 

5. MISCELLANEOUS 

5.1 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Shopping Promotion, these terms and conditions shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, prevail.

5.2 No failure or delay by CAG in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of the same preclude any further exercise of such right, power or remedy.

5.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5.4 A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any provision herein.

5.5 CAG may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without the consent of the Participants. Participants may not assign or transfer any of their rights or obligations hereunder.

5.6 These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages for reference. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail and govern.

5.7 These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.
