The exclusive Peanuts premiums redeemed with Changi Rewards Points can be collected from 29 May till 12 July 2026 at the Customer Service Counter at Terminal 3, Basement 2, opposite Fairprice. Please check your collection point that is stated on the digital voucher in your Account on Changi App.

The Peanuts disposable camera can be collected from 29 May till 12 July 2026 at the Customer Service Counter at Terminal 3, Basement 2, opposite Fairprice.

You may approach the event crew at the Customer Service counter located at Terminal 3, Basement 2, opposite Kopitiam. The operating hours of the counter is 10:00AM to 10:30PM daily.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in the promotion, shoppers will be deemed to have read and understood these rules are to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacement, and modifications as may be from time to time.

  • The Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("CAG").

  • This promotion is valid for registered Changi Rewards members only from 29 May 2026 to 12 July 2026.

  • For every S$50 (S$80 at Supermarket) in a single same-day spend from Participating Outlets at Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4 public areas (collectively "Changi Airport Public Areas") entitles shopper to purchase one (1) of the following exclusive Peanuts premiums, limited to three (3) Purchase-with-Purchase premiums per receipt regardless of spending amount in excess of the minimum spend required:

    • S$9.90 / 1,780 CR points for Plushie Reusable Bag

    • S$19.90 / 3,580 CR points for Mini-Multiway Backpack

  • Accepted payment modes:

    • Cash

    • NETS and Credit cards

  • Payment for the qualifying spend can only be in the form of cash (in local currency or equivalent amount in foreign currency), NETS, Credit cards or digital payments. Payment made using In-Store Vouchers (e.g. FairPrice vouchers), Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers, Changi Rewards e-Voucher Flexi or Changi Gift Cards are excluded from making up the qualifying spend. However, partial payment using vouchers, Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers and Changi Gift Cards will be accepted provided the qualifying spend is paid in cash, NETS or credit cards.

  • Shoppers who met the qualifying spend may redeem the purchase-with-purchase premiums at a later date before the end of the shopping promotion (12 July 2026). Premiums are on a while-stocks-last basis.

  • Shoppers who met the qualifying spend with payment via Mastercard may redeem the gift-with-purchase Peanuts Patch-A-Name pouch within seven (7) days from the date of perk issuance. Premiums are limited on a while-stocks-last basis.

  • Shopper(s) are required to log into their Changi App under ‘Account’ > ‘Perks’ after their qualifying spend to purchase/redeem the premiums.

  • Upon carting out of the Purchase-with-Purchase premiums, shoppers may proceed to Vending Machines at the following locations for collection from 29 May 2026 onwards. NOTE: Vending Machine operates daily from 29 May to 12 July 2026, 24 Hours.

    • Terminal 2 Departure Hall Near Skytrain

    • Terminal 3 Basement 2 Opposite Kopitiam

    • Terminal 4 Departure Hall

  • Upon carting out of the complimentary Patch-A-Name pouch, shoppers may proceed to the Redemption Counter at Terminal 3 Basement 2, opposite Kopitiam for collection.

  • Upon purchase via Playpass on Changi App, shoppers are required to scan their Changi Reward e-card at the vending machine for collection. Do note that the premiums are on a first-come, first-serve and while-stocks-last basis.

  • Payment for the purchase of the premiums must be done on Changi App via online payment.

  • Shoppers are required to collect their paid/redeemed premiums from 29 May to 12 July 2026 at the vending machines/redemption counter or it shall be forfeited. No refunds will be made for premiums that are not collected within the stipulated period.

  • All Peanuts premiums sold and redeemed are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Goods are dispensed at random by chance based on the availability of the item(s) in the inventory. CAG reserves the right to replace the goods with other goods or designs without prior notice.

  • Goods are offered on “as is” basis and Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) hereby disclaims any and all representations and warranties whether express or implied as to the premiums being of merchantability quality and fitness for any purposes.

  • In the event that payment of the premiums was made with non-qualified receipts (e.g. Jewel or any other non-participating outlets) via Credits on Changi App, CAG reserves the right to cancel the redemptions of the premiums, and no refunds will be entertained.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

  • CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Shopping Promotion.

  • CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Shopping Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice.

1.  This PEANUTS Purchase-with-purchase shopping promotion points redemption for premiums (“Redemption”) is open to all Changi Rewards members. 

2.  This Redemption will be available from 29 May 2026 at 00:00 (SGT) until 12 July 2026 at 22:00 (SGT) ("Redemption Period"). The Redemption is subject to and governed by these Redemption terms and conditions ("T&Cs"). 

3.  Changi Rewards members may redeem the following premiums (“Reward(s)”) at the stated points amounts:

a.  One (1) PEANUTS Plushie Reusable Bag with 1,780 Changi Rewards, available in three (3) designs

b.  One (1) PEANUTS Mini-Multiway Backpack with 3,580 Changi Rewards points

c.  One (1) PEANUTS Umbrella with Waterproof Storage Pouch with 2,780 Changi Rewards points, available in two (2) designs

d.  One (1) PEANUTS Towel Set with 1,980 Changi Rewards points

e.  One (1) PEANUTS Scrunchie (set of 3) with 900 Changi Rewards points

4.  Redemption for the Reward is on a first-come, first-served basis with limited stocks available. Limited to two (2) redemptions per premium, per design, per Changi Rewards member during the Redemption Period. 

5.  The Reward cannot be exchanged for any form of cash, credit, services or other items. The Reward cannot be refunded once redeemed in the Changi App.

6.  After a Changi Rewards member redeems his Changi Rewards points for the Reward (“Eligible Member”), a reward voucher will be automatically issued to that Eligible Member’s Changi Account under the “Vouchers, Prizes & Redemption” tab in the Changi App. That Eligible Member may present his reward voucher via the Changi App to redeem his reward voucher for the Reward at the Customer Service counter at Changi Airport Terminal 3 (Public), Basement 2 (opposite NTUC FairPrice) (“Redemption Booth”), 10:00 – 22:30 (SGT) daily, during the period from 29 May 2026 to 12 July 2026. To collect the Reward, Eligible Members must present a valid and unredeemed reward voucher to the redemption booth staff for redemption and would be required to swipe and redeem the reward voucher in the presence of the redemption booth staff. The redemption booth staff reserves the right to reject any invalid or redeemed reward vouchers. The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not for resale.

7.  CAG reserves the right to terminate the Redemption anytime, or to vary these T&Cs from time to time, without prior notice. CAG may notify Changi Rewards members of such changes by publishing the revised T&Cs at (link TBC) or by such other means of communication as CAG may determine in its absolute discretion, from time to time. Any change to these T&Cs shall be effective from the date of publishing the Redemption T&Cs in the foregoing manner.

8.  CAG’s decision on all matters in relation to the Redemption will be final and binding on all Changi Rewards members.

9.  The terms and conditions of the Changi Rewards loyalty programme (available at https://www.changiairport.com/en/rewards/changi-rewards-terms-and-conditions.html) shall also apply to this Redemption where applicable. 

10.  The conduct and administration of the Redemption requires the collection, use, disclosure or other processing of a Changi Rewards member’s personal data, such as that Changi Rewards member’s Changi Account membership ID. By participating in the Redemption, (a) each Changi Rewards member agrees that CAG may use his personal data that he has provided to CAG or that CAG holds about him, and disclose same to CAG’s third party service providers, for the purposes of conducting and administering the Redemption, including but not limited to the issuing and redemption of the reward voucher, and any other relevant administrative matters before, during and after the Redemption (the “Relevant Purposes”); and (b) each Changi Rewards member consents to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of the personal data he has provided to CAG or that CAG holds about him, in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html). If that Changi Rewards member provides information about any individual other than himself, that Changi Rewards member represents and warrants that he has valid authority and consent from the other individual(s) to do so, and he has ensured that the other individual(s) understands how such information will be used. That Changi Rewards member also represents and warrants that the information he provides is complete and accurate.

11.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Redemption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG, its employees, agents and subcontractors shall not be liable to any participant for any injury, damage, loss, compensation, liability, cost or expense suffered or incurred by the participant arising out of or in connection with the Redemption.

12.  The T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all participants agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in the determination of any matter or dispute arising in connection with the Redemption and/or the T&Cs.

3.  Changi Rewards members may redeem one (1) PEANUTS Yashica Disposable Camera, available in 2 colours - Blue and Beige (“Reward”), with 4,900 Changi Rewards points through the Changi Rewards catalogue.

4.  Redemption for the Reward is on a first-come, first-served basis with limited stocks available. Limited to two (2) redemptions per colour, per Changi Rewards member during the Redemption Period.

5.  The Reward cannot be exchanged for any form of cash, credit, services or other items. The Reward cannot be refunded once redeemed in the Changi App.

6. Condition of Packaging of Snoopy & His Siblings Cabin Luggage (Purchase-with-Purchase/PWP):

Premium may come in cartons or boxes that show minor wear, dents, or cosmetic imperfections due to handling or storage. Please be assured that such outer-carton wear does not affect the condition, functionality, or usability of the product inside.

No Exchange or Refund for Minor Packaging Defect:

As the premium is offered at a special promotional rate, exchanges or refunds will not be provided for minor cosmetic or packaging defects that do not affect product performance.

Product Damage Assessment:

In the unlikely event that the product itself (not packaging) is found to be defective or damaged, customers may submit a refund or replacement request within 7 days of receiving the item, together with photographic evidence of the damage. All refund or replacement requests are subject to review and approval by Changi Airport Group (CAG). Refunds will only be processed upon CAG’s confirmation that the extent of the damage warrants it.
