To qualify, make purchases on iShopChangi during the campaign period and ensure that at least one purchase is an eligible Departure purchase on iShopChangi for a valid upcoming flight from Singapore Changi Airport with no cancellations or refunds.

To qualify:
Be a Changi Rewards member and ensure all purchases are made through a valid Changi Rewards account.
Make one or more purchases on iShopChangi (Hyperlink: www.ishopchangi.com) during the qualifying period.
Ensure at least one purchase is an eligible Departure purchase for a valid upcoming flight from Singapore Changi Airport.
Your flight must take place in the month following your purchase to count toward the qualifying period.

The promotion runs across three qualifying periods:

To qualify as a top spender, Participants must make at least one eligible iShopChangi Departure purchase in connection with a valid upcoming flight in the subsequent month.
All iShopChangi purchases during the campaign period—whether made as a Traveller or Non-Traveller—will contribute to your total accumulated Qualifying Spend, as long as the Departure purchase is successfully collected prior to departure and is not cancelled or refunded (whether in part or in full).
Top spenders in each membership tier will be determined based on the highest accumulated Qualifying Spend during each qualifying round. Your flight must be scheduled in the month following your purchase to be eligible.
Qualifying Spend refers to the net amount paid by the Participant after all discounts, reductions, promotional codes and/or vouchers have been applied, and includes all eligible iShopChangi purchases made during the qualifying period, provided the Participant has at least one eligible Departure purchase collected prior to departure.
Cancelled orders, refunded transactions (whether in full or in part), adjustments, and any excluded items as specified in the Terms and Conditions will not be counted.
A total of 36 Top Spenders will be selected across the campaign. This includes:

3 Top Spenders from each membership tier (Member, Gold, Platinum and Monarch) per month
Each Top Spender will be awarded S$1,000 worth of Scoot vouchers, subject to Scoot’s applicable terms and conditions. The vouchers will remain valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
Top Spenders for each qualifying period will be notified by the following timelines:

Top Spenders will be required to sign and return the e-acknowledgement & acceptance form and agree to the applicable terms and conditions.
They must respond within five (5) calendar days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. CAG reserves the right to award the prize to reserve Top Spenders.
1.1 The CHANGI REWARDS FLY WITH CHANGI REWARDS 2026 ISHOPCHANGI TOP SPENDER PROMOTION (“Shopping Promotion”) is organised and administered by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”).
1.2 By participating in this Shopping Promotion, each Participant (as defined below) confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein, including any other requirements set out in any Shopping Promotion – related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements, or modifications thereto as may be made from time to time (the “Terms and Conditions”).
1.3 This Shopping Promotion shall run from 0000 hours (SGT) on 7 May 2026 to 2359 hours (SGT) on 28 July 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
1.4 As a condition of entry into the Shopping Promotion, each Participant affirms and represents that he/she is 18 years of age and above and agrees to be bound in all respects by these Terms and Conditions.
1.5 This Shopping Promotion is open to the following individuals who as at the time of participation:
a. are aged 18 years and above;
b. who meet the specific requirements of the Shopping Promotion as detailed in Clause 2 below; and
c. are not individuals within the Excluded Categories (as defined below), (each a “Participant” and collectively the “Participants”).
1.6 “Excluded Categories” refer to:
a. any person who is or becomes insane, deceased, insolvent or is the subject of a criminal investigation, or has criminal proceedings instituted against him/her in any jurisdiction (at the time of entry);
b. any person whose participation in and/or association with the Shopping Promotion may cause (in the sole and absolute opinion of CAG) Singapore Changi Airport, CAG and/or the Shopping Promotion, any disrepute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or cause Singapore Changi Airport, CAG and/or the Shopping Promotion to be perceived unfavourably; and/or
c. any other person or class of persons deemed ineligible or notified by CAG as being ineligible from time to time.
1.7 CAG reserves the right (in its sole and absolute discretion) to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Shopping Promotion, and CAG may at any time during the Shopping Promotion disqualify any person from participating in the Shopping Promotion without providing any reason if it determines that such person does not meet the eligibility criteria above.
2.1 To take part in the Shopping Promotion, Participants must:
a. be a Changi Rewards member;
b. Make Qualifying Spend (as defined below) on iShopChangi at www.ishopchangi.com(“iShopChangi”) during Qualifying Spend Period (as set out in Clause 2.1.1 below);
c. make at least one (1) iShopChangi Departure Purchase as set out in Clause 2.1.1 below. “iShopChangi Departure Purchase” means a Qualifying Spend on iShopChangi which is made in connection with a valid upcoming departure flight from Singapore Changi Airport with the Participant as a traveller and such Qualifying Spend transaction is not cancelled or refunded for whatever reason, whether in part or full, and the iShopChangi purchase is successfully collected by the Participant prior to departure. Please refer to the details set out in Clause 2.1.1 below;
d. must not have been a Winner of any rounds of the Shopping Promotion; and
e. log in to his/her Changi Rewards account at the time of making the iShopChangi purchase.
2.1.1. The Shopping Promotion comprises three (3) rounds as follows:

(a) Qualifying Spend Period: 7 May 2026, 00:00 SGT to 28 May 2026, 23:59 SGT
(b) Specific eligibility requirement: At least one (1) iShopChangi Departure Purchase in connection with a valid upcoming departure flight scheduled in the month of June 2026
(c) Winners (as defined below) will be contacted by: 29 July 2026
(d) Prizes will be issued to Winners by: 7 August 2026
Round 2
(e) Qualifying Spend Period: 1 June 2026, 00:00 SGT to 28 June 2026, 23:59 SGT
(f) Specific eligibility requirement: At least one (1) iShopChangi Departure Purchase in connection with a valid upcoming departure flight scheduled in the month of July 2026
(g) Winners will be contacted by: 27 August 2026
(h) Prizes will be issued to Winners by: 7 September 2026
Round 3
(i) Qualifying Spend Period: 1 July 2026, 00:00 SGT to 28 July 2026, 23:59 SGT
(j) Specific eligibility requirement: At least one (1) iShopChangi Departure Purchase in connection with a valid upcoming departure flight scheduled in the month of August 2026
(k) Winners will be contacted by: 29 September 2026
(l) Prizes will be issued to Winners by: 8 October 2026
2.1.2 For each round, the top three (3) spenders from each of the four (4) Changi Rewards membership tiers with the highest accumulated Qualifying Spend (accumulated during the respective Qualifying Spend Period (as defined above) shall be the Winners of that particular round. For the avoidance of doubt, the Qualifying Spend may be accumulated across multiple iShopChangi transactions during the respective Qualifying Spend Period.

b. A Participant’s tier status shall be determined based on his/her membership tier at the start of the relevant Qualifying Spend Period, unless otherwise determined by CAG.
2.1.3. Qualifying Spend
a. “Qualifying Spend” refers to the accumulative nett spend of iShopChangi purchases made during the relevant Qualifying Spend Period. Participants may make multiple iShopChangi purchases, either as a Traveller or Non-Traveller, during the relevant Qualifying Spend Period.
b. For the avoidance of doubt, only purchases made on iShopChangi within the relevant Qualifying Spend Period shall qualify. In-store purchases at Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3 or 4, or Jewel Changi Airport, are strictly excluded from this Shopping Promotion.
c. For all Qualifying Spend, the net amount paid by the Participant after any discounts, reductions, promotional codes and/or vouchers shall be taken as the Qualifying Spend.
d. For the avoidance of doubt, the following amounts shall be excluded from all Qualifying Spend:
(i) amounts paid using vouchers (whether physical or electronic vouchers, and including but not limited to Changi e-Vouchers, Changi e-Voucher Flexi, Changi e Voucher card);
(ii) amounts offset using Changi Rewards points;
(iii) delivery fees, service fees, taxes, convenience fees, or any ancillary charges not forming part of the sale price of the purchased item;
(iv) amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco and/or tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, any tobacco derivative or substitute, any mixture containing any form of tobacco or a tobacco derivative or tobacco substitute); and
(v) amounts attributed to cancelled, refunded (fully or partially), reversed, fradulent, or disputed transactions for iShopChangi purchases.
2.2 The following transactions are ineligible and are excluded from the “Qualifying Spend” for the purposes of the Shopping Promotion:
a. Transactions that are not completed (orders with incomplete payments, including those with pending payments or declined credit card transactions), cancelled, fully or partially refunded, or otherwise reversed. CAG reserves the right to disqualify any transactions or Participants suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of the Terms and Conditions;
b. iShopChangi purchases made without logging into the Participant’s Changi Rewards account at the time of purchase; and/or
c. Transactions which CAG deemed to be fraudulent.
3.1 After the end of each Qualifying Spend Period, the twelve (12) Participants with the highest accumulated Qualifying Spend (as set out at Clause 2.1.2 above) shall be the winners (“Winners”) of the relevant round of the Shopping Promotion. In the event of a tie in the accumulated Qualifying Spend within a Changi Rewards membership tier, Participants will be ranked according to the timestamp at which they first reached their Qualifying Spend amount, with the earlier timestamps receiving the higher ranking.
3.1A Each Participant may be a Winner only once for the entire Shopping Promotion. For example, if a Participant is a Winner in Round 1 of the Shopping Promotion, he will not be eligible to be a Winner in the other rounds of the Shopping Promotion.
3.2 Winners will receive the following prizes (each a “Prize”, collectively the “Prizes”):

3.3 Winners will be notified in such manner as determined by CAG from time to time at its sole discretion. Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 3.3, CAG may notify Winners by way of a physical prize letter, followed by a confirmation email.
3.4 To redeem or claim the Prize, a Winner must sign and return to CAG an e-acknowledgment and acceptance form of the prize terms and conditions within five (5) working days from the date of notification and confirmation of his/her selection as a Winner, failing which he shall be automatically disqualified and his/her Prize shall be deemed forfeited, and CAG reserves the right to award the prize to reserve Winners.
3.5 Prizes must be claimed in accordance with the instructions provided by CAG, which shall be determined in CAG’s sole and absolute discretion.
3.6 In relation to the Prizes:
a. Prizes won cannot be re-sold, exchanged or used for any commercial gain or for any monetary or non-monetary benefits;
b. The use and/or redemption of the Prize (i.e. Scoot vouchers) is subject to Scoot’s terms and conditions. CAG shall not be responsible for any issues arising from voucher use, airline operations or third-party fulfilment. Lost, deleted or misused vouchers will not be replaced or reissued; and
c. CAG shall not be liable for any loss, delay, mis delivery or failure in the receipt of the Prize sent via email. It is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure that the provided email address is accurate and that the email setting of the relevant email account (including spam or junk mail filters) permit receipt of such communications. CAG shall not be liable for Prizes that are lost, deleted or used by unauthorised third parties once transmitted to the Winner’s designated email address.
3.7 Failure to respond to any notification from CAG in relation to any Prizes won, to take the necessary steps to claim and redeem the Prizes, or to provide any information or materials required for the claim/redemption/collection of any Prizes shall be deemed a failure to claim/redeem/collect such Prizes. Prizes must be redeemed as stated in these Terms and Conditions and/or as informed by CAG from time to time, and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use or redeem the Prizes. CAG reserves the right to donate any unclaimed or unredeemed Prizes to such charities of its choice or to replace the Winner with another Participant.
3.8 Winners whose Prizes are unclaimed/unredeemed, or forfeited in accordance with the Terms and Conditions shall not be entitled to any form of payment or compensation.
3.9 Winners must provide proof of identity, membership status, flight details, and any other documentation CAG reasonably requires for verification purposes. Failure to provide such proof and/or documentation would result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.
3.10 All Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. CAG reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes without prior notice.
3.11 CAG shall not be liable to compensate any Winner(s) if they are unable or fail to use the Prize, whether due to loss, deletion, or technical errors or any other reason whatsoever. CAG makes no representations, warranties or undertakings whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to the Prizes.
3.12 CAG shall not be responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person, and/or damage to property, arising from and/or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Shopping Promotion, or redemption and/or use of the Prizes.
3.13 CAG reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, deny or claw back any Prize awarded to any Winner should any of them be subsequently found to be disqualified or ineligible to participate in the Shopping Promotion or be found to have breached these Terms and Conditions. CAG’s determination on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained.
4.1 The conduct and administration of the Shopping Promotion may require the collection,use, disclosure or other processing of a Participant’s personal data, such as that Participant’s Changi Account membership ID, name, email address, contact number, and collection method of the iShopChangi purchases. By participating in the Shopping Promotion:
a. each Participant agrees that CAG may use his/her personal data that he/she has provided to CAG or that CAG holds about him/her, and disclose same to CAG’s third party service providers, for the purposes of conducting and administering the Shopping Promotion, including but not limited to communicating with the Participant in relation to the Shopping Promotion (whether via email or through other means), facilitating the selection and notification of Winners, the issuing and redemption of the Prizes, publicizing the Winners, and any other relevant administrative matters before, during and after the Shopping Promotion; and
b. each Participant consents to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of the personal data they have provided to CAG or that CAG holds about them, in accordance with CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html). If a Participant provides information about any individual other than themselves, that Participant represents and warrants that he/she has valid authority and consent from the other individual(s) to do so, and he/she has ensured that the other individual(s) understands how such information will be used. That Participant also represents and warrants that the information he/she provides is true, complete and accurate. CAG shall not be held liable and shall be fully indemnified by the Participant for any incorrect or inaccurate personal data provided.
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, damage, cost and expense, or loss of profits, suffered or incurred by a Participant arising out of or in connection with the Shopping Promotion.
5.2 Participants agree that he/she will indemnify and hold harmless CAG, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors (each an “Indemnified Party”) from and against all claims, demands, chose in action, judgments, suits, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties, legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis and including solicitor and client costs) and all other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or in connection with the Shopping Promotion.
5.3 The Prize(s) are to be used and/or redeemed with Scoot. If any winner faces any issue in relation to the use and/or redemption of the Prize, he/she shall resolve it directly with Scoot. CAG shall not be held liable or responsible for any disputes that Participants may have with Scoot or any other third parties, or any issue that Participants may have, regarding the redemption of the Prize.
6.1 CAG reserves the right to:
a. refuse the participation of any person in the Shopping Promotion and/or disqualify any Participant of the Shopping Promotion for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unsafe or unruly behavior that may result in harm or damage to that person or any other person; and
b. change or vary these Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion and these Terms and Conditions is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.
6.2 CAG makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions or as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of any content or information regarding the Shopping Promotion contained on its official website, or on any Shopping Promotion-related collaterals/materials. All information is accurate at time of print/publishing. CAG shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction, damages, loss, injury or inconvenience arising from the materials published or printed in relation to the Shopping Promotion.
6.3 CAG reserves the right to amend, modify or delete any content and information regarding the Shopping Promotion on its official website or on Shopping Promotion-related collaterals/materials, to correct any errors in any notified Shopping Promotion mechanics, or evaluate the Shopping Promotion submissions. Any such changes shall be effective and binding once it has been updated on CAG’s official website. CAG accepts no liabilities arising from or in connection with these corrections or amendments, including without limitation any liabilities resulting from the correction.
6.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to a Shopping Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
6.5 These Terms and Conditions may be translated into another language other than English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any other translation hereof, the English language version shall prevail.
6.6 All decisions made by CAG regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions or on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion shall be final and conclusive in each case.
6.7 CAG reserve the right to vary, terminate or otherwise cancel the Shopping Promotion, without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
6.8 Participants acknowledge that the Shopping Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the social media site or platform on which it is hosted.
6.9 These Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.
6.10 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Participants agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in the determination of any matter or dispute arising in connection with the Shopping Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions.
