1. This Changi Rewards Peanuts Photo Experience Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all Changi Rewards members.   

2. The Promotion will run from 29 May 2026 to 12 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Participation in the Promotion is subject to and governed by these Promotion terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).   

3. Redemption of the photo taking experience (“Experience”) is on a first-come-first-served basis, and available quantity of Experience is limited to 150 per day. 

4. Each Changi Rewards member (“Eligible Member”) is eligible to redeem one (1) complimentary Experience per day during the Promotion Period, or until the Experience is fully redeemed for the day.  

5. The Experience is available for redemption during the daily operating hours of 10:00 (SGT) - 22:00 (SGT).  

6. To redeem the Experience, the Eligible Member must physically visit the photo booth located within the Peanuts display at Changi Airport Terminal 3 Departure Hall (Public), Central Immigration (“Experience Booth”). At the Experience Booth, the Eligible Member will need to present a valid Rewards Card from Changi App to start and redeem the Experience.  

7. Each daily Experience consists of the following two (2) entitlements:  

a. One (1) Photo Print; and 

 b. One (1) Digital Photo, which is only downloadable when the Eligible Member scans the unique QR code flashed on the Experience Booth screen with their mobile device in the given timeframe, before the Experience ends. 

8. By participating, members acknowledge that their photo will be uploaded to the digital Hall of Fame display at the photo spot for a limited duration.

9. The Experience is not exchangeable for any cash, credit, services, or other items.   

10. Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”) reserves the right to terminate the Promotion anytime, or to vary these T&Cs from time to time, without prior notice. CAG may notify Changi Rewards members of such changes by publishing the revised T&Cs at www.changiairport.com/peanuts or by such other means of communication as CAG may determine in its absolute discretion, from time to time. Any change in these T&Cs shall be effective from the date of publishing the Promotion T&Cs in the foregoing manner.   

11. CAG’s decision on all matters in relation to the Promotion will be final and binding on all Changi Rewards members.   

12. The terms and conditions of the Changi Rewards loyalty programme (available at https://www.changiairport.com/en/rewards/changi-rewards-terms-and-conditions.html) shall also apply to this Promotion where applicable.   

13. The conduct and administration of the Promotion require the collection, use, disclosure or other processing of a Changi Rewards member’s personal data, such as that Eligible member’s Changi Rewards Card Number and digital photo taken at the Experience. By participating in the Promotion,

a. each Changi Rewards member agrees that CAG may use his personal data that he has provided to CAG or that CAG holds about him, and disclose same to CAG’s third party service providers, for the purposes of conducting and administering the Promotion, including but not limited to allowing the Eligible Member to download a digital copy of their photo, and any other relevant administrative matters before, during and after the Promotion (the “Relevant Purposes”); and

b. each Changi Rewards member consents to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of the personal data he has provided to CAG or that CAG holds about him, in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html).

14. If that Changi Rewards member provides information about any individual other than himself, that Changi Rewards member represents and warrants that he has valid authority and consent from the other individual(s) to do so, and he has ensured that the other individual(s) understands how such information will be used. That Changi Rewards member also represents and warrants that the information he provides is complete and accurate.   

a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Promotion. 

b. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG, its employees, agents and subcontractors shall not be liable to any participant for any injury, damage, loss, compensation, liability, cost or expense suffered or incurred by the participant arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.   

15. The T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all participants agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in the determination of any matter or dispute arising in connection with the Promotion and/or the T&Cs.
