TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NEW YEAR, NEW GLOW WITH SHILLA TRAVEL RETAIL (THE “SHOPPING PROMOTION”)

1.   ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

1.1.   This Shopping Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”). 

1.2.   This Shopping Promotion shall run from 30 January, 00:00 hours (SGT) to 28 February 2026, 23:59 hours (SGT) (the “Promotion Period”).

1.3.   The Shopping Promotion is open to all airport staff with a verified “Changi Rewards Airport Staff” account within the Promotion Period (each a “Participant”). For the purposes of this Shopping Promotion:

  • A “Travelling Participant” refers to a Participant holding a valid boarding pass during the Promotion Period; and

  • A “Non-Travelling Participant” refers to a Participant without a valid boarding pass during the Promotion Period.

1.4.   Participants must be at least 18 years of age to redeem promotions involving liquor or other age-restricted purchases. Proof of age may be required at the point of purchase.

1.5.   By participating in this Shopping Promotion, all Participants shall be bound by the following terms and conditions and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may be made from time to time in CAG’s sole and absolute discretion.

1.6.   CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion are final, conclusive and binding on all Participants. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Shopping Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

2.2.   The Shopping Promotion is applicable only at selected Participating Stores and for selected Product Categories. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions, promotions under this Shopping Promotion cannot be combined, or used in conjunction, with other existing promotions. 3.   SHILLA X SILENCE WANG CONCERT TICKETS LUCKY DRAW

3.1.   Participation in this lucky draw is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, illegible, or fraudulent, or that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, shall be deemed invalid and may be disqualified at the sole and absolute discretion of the organiser.

3.2.   Each eligible entry with a minimum spend of S$250 nett on any products retailed by The Shilla Duty Free with the completion of the registration card, shall qualify for a chance to win ONE pair of Silence Wang concert tickets.

3.4.   The Silence Wang Concert Ticket Lucky Draw qualifying period runs from 30 January 2026 at 0000 hours to 28 February 2026 at 2359 hours Singapore time for all Staff, Non-Travellers. Entries submitted outside of this qualifying period shall not be eligible.

3.5.   Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the qualifying period. The organiser’s decisions in relation to the lucky draw, including the selection of winners and allocation of prizes, shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and no correspondence, appeal, or request for reconsideration will be entertained. Winners will be announced on 13 March 2026 and contacted via email.

3.6.   The lucky draw comprises 30 pairs of Silence Wang concert tickets, limited to ONE pair of tickets per winner. Tickets will be issued across Cat 1 to Cat 3 seating and are valid for the concert dates on 28 or 29 March 2026. The allocation of concert date and ticket category shall be determined solely and absolutely by the organiser and shall be final and binding. Winners shall have no right to request, select, amend, exchange, upgrade, substitute, or otherwise vary the ticket category or concert date allocated to them under any circumstances.

3.7.   All tickets are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation, whether in whole or in part. The resale, offering for resale, or any form of commercialisation of the tickets is strictly prohibited.

3.8.   Winners may be required to present valid government-issued identification and any supporting documents as may be reasonably required by the organiser for verification and prize collection. Any discrepancy between the information provided and the identification presented, or failure to comply with verification requirements, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

3.9.   Any prize that is unclaimed, declined, or forfeited for any reason whatsoever may be reallocated, disposed of, or otherwise dealt with at the organiser’s sole and absolute discretion, without any liability to the participant or winner.

3.10.   The Shilla Duty Free shall not be responsible or liable for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, delay, or modification of the concert or event, whether arising from the artist, event organiser, venue operator, or any third party.

3.11.   The Shilla Duty Free shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising from or in connection with participation in the lucky draw, the acceptance or use of the prize, or attendance at the concert.

3.12.   The organiser reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the lucky draw and or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.


4.   LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

4.1.   All vouchers, discounts, gifts-with-purchases and other benefits under this Shopping Promotion are provided by the respective Participating Stores and are subject to their availability and, where applicable, additional terms and conditions. CAG makes no warranties or representations as to the availability, quality, or suitability of any products, services, vouchers, discounts, gifts-with purchases or other benefits supplied under this Shopping Promotion.

4.2.   To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable for, and each Participant agrees to release CAG and hold harmless from, any claim, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with any:

a.   failure or delay in performance by a Participating Store;

b.   stock unavailability, product defects, or service issues;

c.   misuse or improper redemption of vouchers, discounts or gifts; or

d.   error or malfunction of POS systems, payment networks or third-party applications.

4.3.   CAG and Participating Stores reserve the right, but shall not be obliged, to substitute any gift or voucher with another item of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability, without prior notice or liability.

4.4.   CAG makes no representations, warranties or undertakings whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to this Shopping Promotion.


5.   PERSONAL DATA G PRIVACY

5.1.   By participating in the Shopping Promotion, each Participant consents to CAG collecting, using, disclosing, storing, and otherwise processing their personal data (including their full names, Changi Rewards number, boarding pass details, and contact information) for the purposes of:

a.   Administering and managing the Shopping Promotion;

b.   Verifying eligibility and processing redemptions;

c.   Personalising services and communications through Changi Airport platforms to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable; and

d.   Conducting statistical analysis to improve CAG’s products and services. (Clause 4.1(a) to (d) above collectively, the “Relevant Purposes”)

Participants agree and acknowledge that CAG may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents (including those located outside Singapore) for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in the Shopping Promotion, Participants consent to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html).


6.   MISCELLANEOUS

6.1.   In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Shopping Promotion, these terms and conditions shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, prevail.

6.2.   No failure or delay by CAG in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of the same preclude any further exercise of such right, power or remedy.

6.3.   If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6.4.   A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any provision herein.

6.5.   CAG may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without the consent of the Participants. Participants may not assign or transfer any of their rights or obligations hereunder.

6.6.   These terms and conditions may be translated into other languages for reference. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail and govern.

6.7.   These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all Participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.
