With the Off-Airport Check-In service offered by Changi Airport Group, you can check-in your luggage at participating hotels and have it securely delivered to the airport and loaded onto your departing flight.

All you have to do is register for the service here, check-in for your flight online, and drop your luggage at your hotel from 7am – 11am. 

Afterwards, you are free to explore the city and can head to the airport hands-free. You can then collect your luggage directly at your arrival airport.

To be eligible for the service, you must:

• Be a guest of participating hotels with a minimum 1-night stay. 

• Travel on a participating airline. 

• Travel on an eligible flight (flights departing from 5:00PM to 7:00AM the next day), excluding flights to the United States. 

• Check-in online and generate your digital or mobile boarding pass.

Passengers departing on flights from 5:00PM – 7:00AM the next day can drop off their luggage from 7:00AM – 11:00AM before their flight.

Please ensure that you drop off your luggage within the drop-off window as we are unable to accept any luggage that arrives after as we may not be able to deliver it in time for your departing flight.
